1] International Representatives:

Description:
This component is used to add the countries and its respective representatives. One country can
have multiple representatives.

Basic Flow:
1. Click on Components -> About KayPENTAX -> International Reps, you will see the table
having the Country listing with respective Representative. By clicking on the respective “ID”,
you can edit the member information. To delete any member’s information, select the
respective checkbox and click on Delete button present on the top. Also there are two links
i. Add Member Information
ii. Country List

2. Add Member Information:


Click on “Add Member Information” link to add new member information for a particular
Country. After clicking on this link, a form will be displayed to add the details of that member.
i. Country Name:
Select the country.
ii. Member Name:
Enter the member name.
iii. Address:
Enter the Address.
iv. Telephone Number:
Enter the Telephone number.
v. Fax Number:
Enter the Fax Number.
vi. Email Id:
Enter the Email Id.
vii. Product:
Enter the Product Listing separated by comma.
viii. Published:
Click on Yes to enable the member information to be displayed at the front side
otherwise by default it will take No for disable.
After clicking on submit button, the record will be saved at the bottom of the list of member
information.

3. Country List:
After clicking on this link, you will see the table having the Country. By clicking on the
respective “ID”, you can edit the country information. To delete any country’s information,
select the respective checkbox and click on Delete button present on the top. Also there is
one link
i. Add Country:

After clicking on this link, you will see a form to add country information. By default, there will
be one set for country which includes “Country Name”, “Flag Image Selector”, “Or Flag Image
Browse”. You can add more country fields set by clicking on “Append” button. To delete last
set, click on “Delete Last” button. This concept for Multiple countries is added for the fields
such as “Argentina and Uruguay”. So you need to enter information for Argentina in first
set of country and then click on “Append” button to add the information for Uruguay in the
next set of country. You have to enter at least one set of country.
i. Country Name:
Enter the Country name.
ii. Flag Image Selector:
Click on “Show Images” button, a pop up window will open. Click on any image. The
window will get closed and the selected image will be shown besides the “Show
Images” button.
iii. Or Flag Image Browse:
This is the optional field for flag image. If you already found the image from the above
option then leave this field blank. This field is used when you want to upload any
other image which is not shown in the above option’s pop up window. If you select
any image from the above option and browse another image also then the second
image (i.e. the image from browse option) will be saved.
iv. Published:
Click on Yes to enable the country to be displayed at the front side otherwise by
default it will take No for disable.
