1. Take Operation Permit.


2. Tool Box Talk.
3. Collect all tools and tackles

Control Room i.e. in
maintenance position.

11. Power OFF from Main
Source Feeder and put Permit
(Red Copy) over the feeder.
Place Danger Board. Wait for
discharge of Intermediate
Circuit Capacitors.
12. Check Outgoing Power and
ensure power condition with
Series Test Lamp. Check
incoming cable termination and
its tightness at Incomer end.

Injury due to ergonomics.

Use proper ergonomics.


Operate the handle from side.
Ensure proper discharge of circuit capacitor.

clean Moving Element and
Fixed Element with Contact

clean cloth. Reassemble the
Contactor.
17. Check Auxiliary Contactors,
Timers, O/L Relays, Indication
Lamps etc.
18. Ensure tightness of Main
MCCB and others.
