Therefore, the user can monitor these values as analog values on the front panel without the need to use separate gauges. The system also monitors the mains values continuously, also in sleep mode, it detects all alarm conditions and the last 10 alarm status can be displayed on the unit display. All configuration parameters are adjustable from the control unit menu. The user can choose to download pre-stored gauge data from the menu for well known brands and this allows easy tuning of the control unit for any generator application.

FEATURES DESCRIPTION
AMF 4.0 series genset control units are designed and manufactured according to CE regulations and offers automatic engine starting, stopping, metering and generator protection and transfer switch operations. The system provides full AMF (Auto mains Failure) functions. It can be operated in Automatic, Test and Manual modes. The control unit has 5 digital displays (each display has 3 digit 7segment LED display), which allows all the measured engine and alternator values to be monitored simultaneously. This makes the classical analog type panel meters redundant, hence saving cost and introducing very accurate reading of all engine and alternator data. The following digital data can be monitored from the front panel of the unit: Three phase mains and generator voltage sensing (true rms) Three phase generator current (true rms A, KA) Mains and generator frequency (Hz) DC battery voltage (DC volts) Oil pressure (bar) Engine temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit) Engine working hour time (Hour) Oil pressure and temperature sensors can either be of analog type or switch type. By means of analog sensors, engine control and monitoring can be made more accurately. The engine oil pressure and coolant temperature values are also displayed in analog bar-graph displays as well as digital displays.
