The candidate should carry the print out of this admit card to the Exam Venue.
Instructions:

1. M ake sure you are aware of the Location of Test Centre, the route and how long it takes to reach the test Centre: Please ensure that you reach the test Centre before the reporting time 02:00 P.M . on February 23rd, 2014. You will not be allowed to enter the test Centre after 02:30 P.M .. 2. In case you are coming by your own vehicle, please note that the test center may not provide parking facilities inside the venue /campus. You will have to park the vehicle outside at your own risk. 3. Remember to carry the admit card with you, without which you will not be allowed to enter the test center. 4. You must also carry a photo identify card with you. This could be a driving license, passport, voters Id, ID card of the institute in which you studied or the organization where you are working. In addition, also carry a self-attested photocopy of the same. 5. Bring a non-returnable photograph with your signature, name and roll number on the back of the photograph. 6. Bring only HB pencils, eraser, sharpener and a watch to the Examination hall 7. Calculators, mobile phones, pagers, calculators in watches, slide rules, drawing instruments etc will not be allowed inside the test center. The test center will not take any responsibility for these. 8. No paper other than the admit card, photograph and photo ID card will be allowed inside the test center. 9. No candidate would be allowed to leave the examination hall till the examination is over. 10. Keep the admit card safe even after the test, as it would be required throughout the selection process. 11. SC/ST candidates of M .P. domicile will have to bring a valid caste certificate and domicile certificate issued by the competent authority if they want to claim reimbursement for "to and for" travelling fare. The reimbursement is limited to II class rail fare or bus fare from the address mentioned in the application form or the place from which actually travelled, whichever is nearer, by the shortest route on production of the ticket and valid caste certificate thereof. ( To and fro bus fare shall be reimbursed only when the rail facility is not available from the address as mentioned). 12. No travel fare will be reimbursed to OBC /unreserved category candidates. 13. The shortlist of candidates for interview would be available on M .P. Online website tentatively 9th M arch, 2014.You are required to check regularly for details of the shortlist and date /venue of the interview. No separate Call Letter will be sent. 14. The M P Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Co Ltd, Jabalpur, reserves the right not to fill any of the vacancies or part thereof. 15. Issue of admit card does not mean you have fulfilled all the eligibility criteria. You are therefore requested to go through the eligibility criteria and make sure you are eligible and can produce the required certificates at the time of test (if claiming reimbursement of fare) and at the time of interview (if shot listed) to be allowed to participate in the interview.
