After receiving a B.S. in Optical Sciences from Albright College I went on to receive a M.S. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona. I want the best career for myself, and I see it at Bushnell Outdoor Products. Daniel Hudson 2/1/2014 5th hour My desire for excellence and attention to detail has been evident in my education for my entire life. At my kindergarten graduation I declared that it was my intention to be a binocular scientist. At an early age I learned to value excellence over less important things. I started my school chess club, and graduated at the top of my class in high school, at Albright, and at Arizona University. Down to the way I fold my clothes, make my bed, set a table, tie my shoes, write legibly, and perform the calculations required for pinpoint accuracy in an engineering lab at the University of Arizona, I display an attention to detail and a desire for excellence that I will bring to your company.

My innovation and creativity has also been present and displayed throughout my entire life. As a toddler I was fascinated with magnifying glasses. In junior high I created a basic telescope out of lenses and because of using telescopes in astronomy class and microscopes in biology, my interest in optical engineering and my ideas for new products and designs began to blossom. The inventive spirit of America is something that makes us different from other countries and is something, I think, crucial to our success. I can supply innovation and creativity to Bushnell.

My love of helping people see better started with my family. My entire family uses contacts or glasses, and I remember personally the difference proper sight can give. It gives me great joy to see people react when they see something tiny or something so far away from earth. I also realize the special role extra-ocular sight plays in the science of today. Enlightening people to the wonders of the universe magnifies my own joy x10.
