This is to explain how to use RegPatient2, patient information registering tool software.

This document will be applicable for as follows. RegPatient2 v4.12 or later

If the file to import is ready, please specify the file path. See next page. Manual import is to import by clicking Register button on RegPatient2 screen.

Import file consists of CSV format data separated by comma. In that CSV file, the patient information order must be defined. Import template is the definition.

The above import file is ordered like the below. Patient ID, patient last name, first name, DOB, sex In order to customize the order of patient information, template file is necessary. Click [Make, Edit] button to create new template file. The below dialogue will be displayed.
The above example file is available by selecting the template items as below.

technical support R4-20101203-01-01 Basefile is the template file of export file. Usually in text format or Word format document, letter string called Keyword is described. RegPatient2Exp generates the output file by replacing the keyword into letter strings.

Enter RegPatient2. Enter ExportMultiExpMgr. This is the only available function. ExportMultiExpMgr Specify the basefile Please see P.5 for the basefile. In [The same name file already exists.], in case of [postscript], it is recommended to put line-break at the end.
