Special Events Intern Blackberry Market May 2013- August 2013 Initiated and received communications with potential customers about hosting special events Strategized with customers to develop catering plans Coordinated and executed custom catering plans Managed four special events each involving over fifty Supervised the work of three employees at special events Developed and implemented ongoing work tasks for employees to use at the beginning, throughout, and end of day shifts Evaluated and established food measurement portions for over fifteen specific items on menu Collaborated regularly with storeowner and managers, assisting them with changes that needed to be made in order to improve the store functions Shift supervisor Blackberry Market December 2013- Present Shift supervisor for over twenty-five total staff members.
