Constructed
a
functional
3D
printer,
designed
to
continuously
print
electronic
components
on
a
rolling
belt
platform.
The
printer
was
successfully
engineered
for
Chemical
Engineering
laboratory
setting

June
2012
Designed
and
manufactured
a
composite
airframe
for
an
unmanned
aerial
vehicle.
The
prototype
was
manufactured
from
carbon
fiber
composites,
for
the
airframe
to
gain
maximum
stability.
The
project
concluded
with
an
UAV
carrying
a
specific
load
while
taking
an
aerodynamically
stable
flight.
ANSYS
Fluent
was
used
to
demonstrate
the
turbulent
and
laminar
flow
of
the
surrounding
fluid
around
the
projectile.
The
projectile
used
was
(SOCTB),
travelling
at
500
m/s,
at
zero
degree
angle
of
attack.
The
results
illustrated
the
characteristic
of
drag
coefficient
and
boundary
layer
effect.
