Kaplan 2.0

ABSORPTION (1) The absorbor is basicaly a composition of winglets, tubes and collectors. The winglets are made out of 0,2 mm thick copper and have a width of 120 mm. Before they are welded to the 0,5 mm thick tubes with a diameter of 8mm., they receive a reinforcement treatment in selective black, completed in vacuum. The union of the tube and the winglet is realized by ULTRASONIC COLD welding. The thermic contact is OPTIMAL (UNIMPROVABLE). Afterwards, they are welded to the collectors, which have a diam. of 20mm. ISOLATION (2) A 60mm. thick layer of rock wool with black backside and a density of 70 kg/cm2 is placed at the bottom and the sides. FINISHING  COVER (3): 4 mm. thick, high transmition (91%), temperred glass  BODY (4): Frame of extruded anodized Al., prepared for installation supports. The bottom consists of a metal plate. In the sides, 4 wholes are made to prevent condensation. Incorporates two copper tubes to insert the probe.  COVER JOINT (5). Made in one piece of EPDM, vulcanized at the corners and UV resistent.

Modo de Empleo y aplicacin 1 - Determinar la cantidad de NET GEL SANIT a - Evaluando el contenido de la instalacin a proteger. NET GEL SANIT, es un anticongelante a base de Mono Propileno Glycol y de inhibidores de corrosin, autorizados para responder a exigencias de los textos legislativos publicados en la circular del 26 de abril 1982 B.O. del 13 de junio 1982, emitido por el Ministerio de Sociales y de la Solidaridad Nacional, Direccin General de la Sanidad ( Francia ), relativo al tratamiento trmico de las aguas destinadas consumo humano Art. 16 - 9 del reglamento sanitario departamental Descripci Caracteristicas - NET GEL SANIT es un anticongelante agua a base de Mono Propileno - Liquido color rojo - densidad 1,050 - No txico Propiedades - Protege contra las heladas - Limita la corrosin de los circuitos. - Impide las incrustaciones calcreas. Modo de Empleo y aplicacin 1 - Determinar la cantidad de NET GEL SANIT a emplear: - Evaluando el contenido de la instalacin a proteger. - Determinado la temperatura de proteccin deseada ( vase tabla ) 2 - Limpieza de la instalacin - Se aconseja proceder a una limpieza a fondo de la instalacin antes de introducir el . . . anticongelante - En presencia de barros o de xidos, utilizar el conjunto de limpieza DB ( documentacin especifica disponoble o consultar nuestro servicio tcnico ). - Incluso sin presencia de barros o de xidos, se rerecomienda efectuar el vaciado y enjuage completos de la instalacin antes de introducir NET GEL SANIT. - 3.1 Proceder al llenado introduciendo NET GEL SANIT por el punto ms alto de la . . . instalacin en varias veces, con el fin de facilitar la homogeneizacin. - 3.2 Preparar la mezcla prevamente para obtener una homogeneizacin perfecta e introducirla en la instalacin mediante una bomba de inyecccin por una vlvula de llenado o de vaciado. - Aconsejado cada 2 aos. Controlar con un densimetro ( ref 3560 ) - Poder anticongelante; densida ( vase tabla ) - Poder anticorrosin; reserva alcalina tamponada ( pH ) Precaucin Producto no txico .
