UFC officials announced the pairing on Sunday. No headliner has been revealed fo r the event, which takes place at U.S. Bank Arena. The card also includes a feat herweight matchup pitting Nik Lentz against Manny Gamburyan. After a five-fight winning streak had him in the middleweight Top 10, Philippou has dropped two straight bouts, falling to Francis Carmont via decision last Sep tember before suffering a first-round knockout loss to Luke Rockhold at UFC Figh t Night 35. The 34-year-old Ring of Combat veteran is 5-3 in the Octagon overall . Larkin, meanwhile, is 1-2 since transitioning to the Las Vegas-based promotion f rom Strikeforce.
