SHELBURNE CONTROL CALLED ADVISING OF AN ERRATIC OPERATION HEADING NORTH BOUND ON 5&10 IN DEERFIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS REPORTED SPEEDING UP AND SLOWING DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. OFFICERS SENT. Narrative: assisted montague with stop. Narrative: Montague conducted the stop. I assisted with ID and no further action was needed. Narrative: assisted 144, 147 and MPD on scene with the motor vehicle stop. spoke with the RP who remained on scene. RP states they were behind the involved vehicle on 91N just prior to exit 24 with their cruise control on 70mph. RP states that they went to pass the involved vehicle but the vehicle sped up in the travel lane and nearly struck a TT unit on the highway.
