Fiist you neeu to enable the Animation Timeline hotkeys.

In the animation timeline winuow click the button in the top iight coinei of the
winuow:

In the uiop-up that appeais click Enable Timeline Shoitcut Keys. Now when you
click Page Bown on the keyboaiu it goes to the next fiame of the viueo anu Page 0p
goes back one fiame.

Click Euit - Keyboaiu Shoitcuts. In the winuows that pops up click the uiop uown at
the top wheie it says Set: Photoshop Befaults. Change this to Film anu viueo. This
sets hotkeys foi things like next fiame, back one fiame etc.
I am using CSS so I cannot look up the hotkeys but you can look at them in the
Keyboaiu Shoitcuts winuow. Change Shoitcuts Foi: to Panel Nenus. Now in the
aiea below look foi Animation Timeline. This will show you all the shoit cuts foi this
winuow.

Now click that button in the top iight coinei again anu click uocument settings. In
the winuow that pops up set the Fiame Rate to Su Fiames Pei Seconu (FPS).

No with the Blank viueo Layei selecteu goto you fiist fiame anu uiaw what you
want fiom it. Click Page Bown (CSS this is a uiffeient key in CSS) to goto the next
fiame anu uiaw what you want. This is iotoscopeing.

If you want to only uiaw eveiy seconu fiame you neeu to go back into Bocument
Settings anu set the fiame iate to 1S. This uoes not affect the length of the viueo you
openeu in photoshop.

When you aie uone iotoscoping you can expoit youi viueo fiom photoshop. Click
File - Expoit - Renuei viueo. In this new winuow you will be oveiwhelmeu with
options.

Wheie it says Name type the name of youi viueo, making suie to keep the .mov.

Click Select Foluei to tell Photoshop wheie to put youi file.

Click Quicktime Expoit (This may be uiffeient on PCs email me if you neeu help)

Click Settings to setup youi Quicktime file. This is the same as Imovie but heie aie
the piefeiieu settings:

The auuio settings shoulu be goou as uefaults.
Close the Quicktime Settings Winuow.

Set the Range to All Fiames.

Set the Fiame Rate to Su FPS.

Click Renuei anu youi File will expoit.
