MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT entered into between the BARANGAY

GOVERNMENT OF POBLACION DISTRICT- I, Brookes Point, Palawan represented by the Punong Barangay Hon. GEORJALYN JOY ORDINARIO QUIACHON referred as the First party. The PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD, Coast Guard Station Brookes Point, herein represented by the Station Commander, LT ANTOLIN R CAYABO PCG referred as the Second party, herein entered and made into this Memorandum Agreement. USE AND PURPOSE: 1. A. (1) Room (3 x 5 square meters) office space used as part of the Barangay Computer Learning Center (Mitra Hall) owned by Barangay Government of Poblacion District I, Brookes Point, Palawan situated along Edwards Avenue, Sitio Buligay of above mentioned barangay, shall be used exclusively as temporary office of Coast Guard Station Brookes Point (CGSBP) and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the barangay leadership. 2. The office will be manned by one (1) CG personnel on a round the clock or twenty four seven public service to the community particular the sea transport services as mandated to the PCG mission and function.

WHEREAS, the First party authorizes the Second party to occupy the above-mention office space provided with the following terms and agreement: 1. The occupant referring to as second party shall use its electrical office equipment such as: (1) unit computer, one (1) unit air conditioning (.5HP) and one (1) bulb 20kw; 2. The occupant shall pay the monthly electrical bill in the amount of one thousand five hundred (1,500.00) Pesos to the barangay treasurer as voluntary donation payable upon signing of this agreement; 3. Any additional electrical equipment that will be use aside from the items stated under the previous provision will be reported to the first party for the additional of monthly consumption of electric bill; 4. The occupant shall not/introduce any permanent/temporary structures or improvements without the written consent and approval of the first party. All improvements in premises of whatsoever nature made thereon as agreed upon by both parties, shall upon completion thereof, become integral parts and shall become the property of the barangay without reimbursement of the cost of value thereof; 5. The occupant shall be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance/repair of the building, premises and surrounding; and

6. The occupants shall comply with all the regulations and ordinances as promulgated in accordance with the barangay ordinances, rules and regulations.

WHEREAS, this Memorandum of Agreement is valid for the duration of eighteen (18) months effective upon signing, and renewable upon the expiration of the term, which depend upon the concurrence of the party. IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties hereto voluntarily sign this MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT this 10th day of September, 2013 at Barangay Computer Learning Center, Mitra Hall, Barangay Poblacion District I, Brokes Point, Palawan.
