Dear Sir:

Greetings!

This is with regards to the memorandum given to me, dated July 23, 2009, in recognition with the USG
Resolution No. 004 S.Y. 2009-2010 RE: A RESOLUTION CREATING RULES AND REGULATION
PROMULGATING THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT GOVERNMENT.

I was not able to attend our bi-cameral meeting dated, July 15, 2009 because I do not have classes on
WednesdaysI cannot always come to school Wednesdays for I do not have classes that day. A week after
that day which is also Wednesday, the CSC of all the colleges has been scheduled for a meeting with
Ma’am JanetProf. Janice Lagrimas, unfortunately, it was postponed again. If I will go to our meeting, that
will be my 2nd timeweek that I wilhat I will l come to school Wednesday, and so my parents will not
permit me.

In line with this, if ever this situation may occur again, your assurance that I will cope up with was what
discussed and respond to it.

I am hoping for your kind consideration.

Thank you and God bless!

Sincerely Yours,

Ms. Wilma B. Andaya
