NOTICE FOR INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd. (NBCC) is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Undertaking engaged in project management consultancy (PMC), real estate development & EPC Projects and consultancy for interior & furniture works etc in India. National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd. (NBCC) invites applications for pre-qualification from the practicing interior design consultant from conceptualization to commissioning stage on All India Basis for the following monetary limits : DISCIPLINE

MONETARY LIMITS
Group I : Upto Rs.5.00Crs. GroupII : Above Rs.5.00 Upto Rs.10.00Crs. Group-III :Above RS.10.00 Upto Rs.25.00Crs Group-IV :Above Rs.25.00 Upto Rs50.00Crs

The Interior Design Consultant should meet the minimum qualifying criteria as mentioned in application form for pre-qualification in the respective monetary limits. The detailed NIT and application for pre-qualification can be downloaded from NBCCs website www.nbccindia.gov.in,www.tenderwizard.com/NBCC & www.eprocure.gov.. The Interior design consultant should according to their eligibility apply for the specific category of works only. Application complete in all respects as per following particulars should reach General Manager (Arch.), NBCC Ltd., NBCC Bhawan, Lodhi Road, New Delhi along with nonrefundable processing fee of Rs.15000.00 (Rupees fifteen thousand ) only payable in the form of demand draft/ Pay order in favour of NBCC Limitedpayable at New Delhi No Joint venture or Consortium of firms shall be allowed and the Interior Design consultancy firm should meet the above criteria in their individual capacity. The desired Interior Design Consultant should apply on the prescribed formats as per Section - 3. Of Application for pre-qualification along-with documentary evidence. Mere submission of application by Interior design consultancy firms will not make them entitled for pre-qualification in NBCC.

Last date of receipt of pre-qualification application is 27/03/2014 up to 5.00 PM. The delayed application shall not be considered. The Pre-qualification of Interior design consultant shall be valid for one year. However, NBCC reserves the right to curtail or extend this period at its sole discretion. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by NBCC. Corrigendum / addendums, if any to this NIT shall only be posted on website www.nbccindia.gov.in, www.tenderwizard.com/NBCC and www.eprocure.gov.in and not be published.
