More like '21 ways to use the basic tools in Photoshop because you don't actually know how to use the program but convinced yourself that $100 was a reasonable amount of money to spend to be able to touch-up your selfies'. Heaven forbid you buy a program you don't know how to use so you can learn how to use it. I didn't know how to use it before i got it. But ya know, learned a thing or two after I acquired it. I try to keep things true, too, but this tool does have some really nice applications. I took a portrait of someone the other day and he was wearing a black shirt.
