Reliable and simplified secure mobile RED/BLACK access is core to the MRB Secure Access System. The MRB provides true secure access to any secure network with an architecture that supports both embedded encryption (TACLANE MICRO) in the RED Node and remote monitoring (via optional dial-up modem) in the BLACK Node for complete user and management support. Designed for fixed or semi-mobile deployment, the RED Node (with embedded TACLANE MICRO encryptor) is small enough to be easily stored in a secure environment when not in use. Both the RED and BLACK Nodes can be used standalone, wall or rack mounted. RED NODE DEPLOYMENT - The Mobile RED Node is ideal for deployment in environments where secure facilities are not available. During periods of non-use, the RED Node, along with its embedded TACLANE MICRO, can be placed in a small man-carry pack that can be easily stored in a standard secure safe, or alternatively, the TACLANE MICRO can be quickly removed for secure stowage. When deployed, the unit is pre-configured, requiring the user to only connect the power cord, attached the user devices (i.e., laptops, video equipment) and connect to any available BLACK Node port. A single Power ON switch controls the entire unit. BLACK NODE DEPLOYMENT Like the RED Node, the BLACK Node (supporting up to 4 RED Nodes) ships in and can be deployed and stored in a small man-carry case. Alternatively, the BLACK Node (and RED Node) can be either Wall or Rackmounted in any telephony closet or equipment room with unclass/BLACK WAN access.
