Director, Business Development and Indirect Distribution 2004-2009 Directed the integration effort for the merger between several wireless companies. Established structure and support teams for divested and integrated properties. Managed all facets of operations including the divestiture teams insuring successful integration of customers, sales channels, marketing functions, customer service, billing, network, and back-end systems. Developed and implemented the process to assist in negotiating with a seller description of services. Process is now the standard for all company integration activity. - Upgraded process reduced the length of negotiation by 50%; shortening the integration life cycle resulting in savings of $1M to $2M per deal.
