V1STOS: El Informe Legal N 306-2013-GRA/GREMJOAJ

de fecha 01 de Agosto de
2013 y la relacin de Ttulos Mineros otorgados por la Gerencia Regional de Energa y Minas de
Arequipa en el Mes de JULIO de'2013, conforme lo informado por la Oficina de Asesora Jurdica
y;

CONSIDERANDO:
Que, Mediante Ordenanza Regional N 10-AREQUIPA se aprob la modificacin de la
estructura orgnica y del Reglamento de Organizacin y Funciones del Gobierno Regional de
Arequipa, lo cual ha determinado la creacin de la Gerencia Regional de Energa y Minas
conforme el artculo 83 de la norma antes acotada, el cual establece su naturaleza y funciones;
Que, mediante Resolucin Ejecutiva Regional N 677-2007-GRA/PR de fecha 27 de agosto
de 2007, se deleg en el Gerente Regional de Energa y Minas del Gobierno Regional de Arequipa
la competencia de otorgamiento de concesiones para pequea minera y minera artesanal de
alcance regional;
Que, mediante Resoluciones Ministeriales N 179-2006-EM/DM Y N 121-2008-EM/DM
se declar entre otros, que el Gobierno Regional de Arequipa concluy el proceso de transferencia
de funciones sectoriales en materia de energa y minas, siendo a partir de la fecha de sus
publicaciones competente para ejercer entre otras, la funcin de otorgar concesiones mineras para
Pequea Minera y Minera Artesanal de alcance regional. '.'

De conformidad con el artculo 124 del D.S. O_l4-92-EM - TUO de la Ley General de
Minera, el artculo 24 del D.S. O18-92-EM - Reglamento de Procedimientos Mineros y el inciso
n) del artculo 10 del Decreto Supremo 084~200.7~EM;,~ ......~;SE RESUELVE:
ARTICULO NICO: PUBLQUESE en el diario oficial "El Peruano" las concesiones mineras
cuyos ttulos fueron aprobados en el mes de JULIO de 2013, de acuerdo a la Nomenclatura
siguiente: A) NOMBRE DE LA CONCESIN; B) CDIGO; C) NOMBRE DEL TITULAR;
D) NMERO y FECHA DE LA RESOLUCIN; E) ZONA; F) COORDENADAS UTM DE
LOS VRTICES EXPRESADOS EN KILMETROS:
