To: Eddie C. Olalia House no. 301, San Carlos St., Pelaez, Makati City Dear Mr. Olalia:

This letter is in behalf of our client, BPI Express Card Corporation. On December 14, 2001 the court granted decision regarding the case with G.R. no. 131086 wherein you were the defendant. This case concerns about the unpaid transactions allegedly made by your former wife. The court absolved you from paying Php 122,407.70. There is however a balance that needs to be paid. As the holder of the BPI credit card no. 020100-3-00-0281667, you are necessitated to pay the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS AND TWENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (Php 13, 883.27) with 3% in addition to the 3% penalty fee of the amount due every month until full payment. It would be prudent to convey to our client your positive regard on this matter as soon as possible. Should you fail to do so, our client will be constrained to commence another suit against you to protect its interests.

Very truly yours,

Atty. Lex Libre

At my instance:

Plutous of Olympus BPI President
