Wireless Calling Concepts, Inc. (Wireless Calling Concepts) provides exclusively carrier-tocarrier telecommunications services. It has no end-user customers. Consequently, Wireless Calling Concepts does not have a su!scri!er relationship "ith its customers and does not send !ills to end-user customers. Wireless Calling Concepts does not o##er or mar$et its services to the pu!lic or to such classes o# users as to !e e##ectively availa!le directly to the pu!lic. %he company provides service only to other carriers. Wireless Calling Concepts typically does not o!tain the end-user customer&s !illing name, address or telephone num!er, or any other in#ormation that relates to the quantity, technical con#iguration, type, or location o# a speci#ic end-user customer&s service. Wireless Calling Concepts may o!tain certain call detail in#ormation concerning the calls routed through its carrier-to-carrier services. 'ecause Wireless Calling Concepts provides exclusively carrier-to-carrier services, it does not use any call detail in#ormation that it o!tains in the course o# providing those services to attempt to mar$et telecommunications services to the general pu!lic or any end-user customers. (oreover, the call detail in#ormation o!tained !y Wireless Calling Concepts is not made availa!le to end-user customers or third parties over the telephone, online, or in retail stores. )o"ever, such in#ormation may !e disclosed* (a) in response to a proper su!poena, court order or other +udicial process, or (!) to the transmitting or receiving carriers #or !illing-relating purposes. Wireless Calling Concepts sa#eguards #rom improper use or disclosure !y employees the call detail in#ormation that Wireless Calling Concepts o!tains in providing its carrier-to-carrier services. -ccess to call detail in#ormation is limited to certain employees, and those employees are trained to protect call detail in#ormation #rom improper use or disclosure and in#ormed that #ailure to protect that in#ormation "ill result in appropriate disciplinary action. In addition, Wireless Calling Concepts has programs and procedures in place to discover and protect against attempts !y third parties to gain unauthori.ed access to Wireless Calling Concepts computers and call detail records. In the event o# unauthori.ed C/0I access, Wireless Calling Concepts "ill noti#y the requisite la" en#orcement agencies, and the customer "hen possi!le. Wireless Calling Concepts did not have any !reach o# its call detail records during the past year, nor has the company received any customer complaints in the past year concerning the unauthori.ed release o# or access to C/0I.
