House-keeping Service Contract Agreement

1. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Services (P) Ltd., 38, Mohammad Pur, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi- 110066, called the
agency, will deploy trained skillful 05 housemen between the age of 18-40 years who are mentally and physically fit, to
manage cleanliness/ sweeping in the College premises of Administrative Block on the ground floor, Ist floor, IInd floor,
library ground and First floor, Staff Room, Canteen, Auditorium & adjoining toilets including dusting etc. cleanliness of entire
road from entry point upto Staff Quarters, Car Parking, in the College premises, dusting of classroom tables, chairs, black
boards, room doors, window panes, fans, lights.

2. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Services (P) Ltd. Will depute one supervisor over the housemen.

3. The sanitation staff should not be suffering from any communicable disease.

4. The deployed staff must carry an identity Card with them during working hours in the College.

5. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Service (P) Ltd. Will be fully responsible to carryout the work in a systematic, well planned
and rational manner by providing sufficient cleaning material & equipment of standard quality.

6. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Service (P) Ltd. Will deposit a security of Rs. 10,000/- in cash for the due performance of the
contract immediately. In the event of any breach/ violation or contravention of any terms and conditions contained herein, by the
contractor/ agency, the said security deposit shall be forfeited by the College. No interest shall be paid by the College on the
Security deposit.

7. The rate once quoted and accepted on award of work will be operative for the entire duration of the contract, in the College.

8. The charge for engaging the 05 housemen and 01 supervisor including cost of material (Rs. 3500/-) will be Rs. 38039/-
including of 10.30% service tax on six days per week basis as detailed below:-

The agency shall abide by the provisions of the minimum wages Act. Contract Labour Act and other Labour Laws applicable to
him.

9. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Services (P) Ltd. will be solely responsible for adhering to all statuory requirements of different
Govt. deposits like ESI, EPF etc.

10. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Service (P) Ltd. will see to it that this College being a girls College, the deputed staff must
maintain due decorum and discipline throughout the day and/ or during the working hours.
11. The contract shall commence w.e.f. 01-04-2009, for 4 months in the first instance up to 31-07-2009 subject to satisfactory
service and behavior. The contract is terminable by giving 15 days notice from either side.

12. Payment will be made by crossed cheque in favour of your firm on presentation of bill every month. The Agency shall at their
own cost if required take necessary insurance cover in respect of the aforesaid services rendered at Maitreyi College. The
College will have no responsibility.

13. The original quotations submitted by M/s Miraz Detective & Security Service (P) Ltd. shall form a part of agreement.

14. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Services (P) Ltd. must ensure that workers wear prescribed uniform.

15. The contract shall be subject to adherence by the agency to various provisions of minimum wages Act. 1948 with rules 1950
framed there under by the government as amended from time to time on the rates, terms and conditions etc.

16. The College shall have the right to ask for the removal of any persons of the agency, who is not found to be competent and
orderly in discharge of his duties.

17. The College will deduct tax at source under different sections of the Income tax Act @2%

18. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Sservices (P) Ltd shall comply with all the legal requirements as per Labour Act / Statues that
may be applicable to them and shall keep the College indemnified from all acts of omission, fault, and claim demand, loss
injury and expenses arising out from the non compliance and statutory provisions.

19. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Services (P) Ltd shall be responsible to provide immediate replacement to take place of any
Safai Karamchari who is not available for duty at the place of work.

20. The loss/ Breakage of toilet fixtures and fitting shall be borne by the agency if caused intentionally or unintentionally by the
Agency’s labour.

21. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Service (P) Ltd shall not engage any sub-contractor or transfer the contract to any other person
in any manner.

22. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Service (P) Ltd shall provide the list of staff deployed in the College along with their complete
residential address & their antecedents duly Verified by the Delhi Police.

23. M/s Miraz Detective & Security Services (P) Ltd will be responsible to dispose off the garbage outside the college in the NDMC
garbage box, No Garbage whatsoever will be allowed to accumulate in the college or burnt.

24. The College shall be free to utilize the service of labour other than the fixed place of duty as and when emergency occurs and/
or during College festival etc.

25. In case of breach of Contract the College shall be free to take recourse to any remedy at the cost of M/s miraz Detective &
Security Services (P) Ltd.
