Instruction Manual

Please carefully read the instruction manual before using the product. Keep the manual for reference in future.

Cautions

Please carefully ready the instruction manual before using this product. Keep the manual for reference in future;

The product contains electronic elements and heating elements. Do not put it in water or wash by water;

Do not pull the drawer out in the process of using the product. If you need to, please set the timer to 0 before pulling the drawer out;

Do not cover the air inlet and outlet in the operating process. Do not touch the inside of the product, to avoid scalding;

Do not fill oil in the basket or drawer, otherwise it may cause fire High temperature air will flow out through the outlet during the product working process. Please keep a safe distance. Do not put hands and/or face close to the outlet. When moving the drawer out, be careful of the high-temperature air.

Security Warning:
- Do not use the AC power except 127 (or 220V depending on the product) to avoid electric shock, fire and other accidents; - Please only use socket above 7amp; - Do not damage, strongly pull, twist the power cord or use it to carry heavy loads, to avoid electric shock, fire and other accidents. Damaged power cord must be repaired by manufacturer, maintenance department and other similar professional maintenance staff - Please do not plug and unplug with wet hands, otherwise, this can easily cause electric shock - Please keep the plug clean to avoid damage to the product - People with physical or intellectual disability who lack the experience and knowledge on how to use the product, must be guided by a person with experience so as to use the product responsibly and safely; - Make sure you plug in tightly, otherwise, it is easy to cause electric shock, short circuit, smoking, sparking and other dangers; - Do not allow children to have contact with the socket and plug to avoid electric shock; - Keep the product away from children to avoid scalding, electric shock and/or other dangers; - Do not place the product on or near any flammable or explosive material such as tablecloths, curtains etc., to avoid fire hazard; - Please place the product 30cm away the wall or furniture to avoid damage to wall or furniture. This appliance is suitable to be used in the household and other similar applications such as - staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and others working environments; - by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; - bed and breakfast type environments. - This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years

Instruction:
1. Insert power cable into the earthed power socket; 2. Carefully pull the fry drawer out from the product; 3. Place the food material inside the fry basket (Attention: do not exceed the maximum line); 4. Put the drawer back into the product; 5. Turn the temperature control to desired temperature; 6. Determine the cooking time; Set the timer to the desired cooking time; 7. When you hear the timer, food is ready to serve. Please pull the drawer out, place on heat resistant material.

Cleaning Process
1. After cooking, turn off the power, disconnect the power plug with socket; 2. Pull the fryer drawer out from the appliance, put on heat-resistant surface, until it has cooled down; 3. Fryer drawer can be washed in normal detergent; 4. You can disconnect the fryer drawer and fryer basket by pushing the release button; 5. You can clean it by using a soft cleaning tool with water. *You may use a clean wet cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the appliance. Be careful when cleaning the heating tube to avoid scratches or damage to the appliance. *The fryer drawer and fryer basket can be washed in the dishwasher. *After cleaning, dry the fryer drawer and fryer basket before placing them back in the appliance. *Store the appliance in a well-ventilated, dry place. *Warning: do not put the appliance into water.

Troubleshooting:
Problem Possible Cause
Power cord has not been inserted into the power socket Does not work Did not set the timer

Solution
insert the power cord into the grounded power socket.

Set the timer to desired cooking time, then the product will connect to power. Fry food in turns Set to an appropriate temperature, re-fry food. Set an appropriate cooking time, re-fry food. In the middle of cooking process, pull the drawer out and shake it to separate the overlapped food , then push the drawer back to continue. Brush a thin layer of oil on the surface of the food first, then start to fry them. The food in the basket cannot exceed the max. line. Press the basket into the drawer. Place the handle bar in horizontal position. Normal phenomenon. Please clean the drawer and basket after use.

Cook book
1. Asia Spicy Fries
-Potato---------------------4 pcs/ 600g -Oil-------------------------2 teaspoons -Salt------------------------1 teaspoon -Pepper powder-----------1 teaspoon -Scallions powder---------1 teaspoon -Red chili powder ---------1/2 teaspoon Peel potatoes and cut into strips; Dip potato strips into salt water at least 20mins, and then dry with kitchen paper; Mix shallots, salt and pepper, garlic powder/ garlic oil, red chilli powder; Stir in potato strips; Set temperature to 180 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Place potato strips into the frying basket, put frying basket back to Air Fryerand set the timer for 15-20minutes (depending on the amount of fries), or until the fries become golden brown. *optional: turn over the fries by shaking the basket in the middle of cooking process, for better cooking result.

2. Gold chicken wings


-Chicken wings------------------500g -Garlic-----------------------------2 pieces -Ginger powder------------------2 teaspoon -Cumin powder------------------1 teaspoon -Black pepper powder----------1 teaspoon -Sweet chilli sauce---------------100 mg

Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Stir Garlic, ginger powder, cumin powder, spicy black pepper and a little salt together, and then coat in the chicken wings; Chicken wings placed 20 minutes; Put chicken wings into fryer basket evenly, set time for 15-20 minutes or until become golden brown.

3. Fried chicken nuggets


-Fresh chicken nuggets------------500g -Egg (broken up)-------------------3 -Flour---------------------------------1 cup -Olive oil----------------------------1 spoon -White pepper powder-----------1 teaspoon Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Tenderize the chicken for 1 minute with a knife blade; Stir eggs, flour, olive oil,white pepper and a little salt together, and then coat in the chicken nuggets; Chicken wings place for 20 minutes to season well; Put chicken nuggets into fried basket evenly, set time for 15-20 minutes or until become golden brown. PS: According to different taste, use different spices.

4. Fried Lamb Chops


-Lamb chops--- ------500g (at room temperature) -Brandy-------------------------------little -Oil-----------------------------2Tablespoon -Ground pepper powder-------1 teaspoon -Crushed black pepper--------1 teaspoon -Soy sauce----------------------1 teaspoon Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 2 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Mix seasoning well Completely wipe lamb chops and add to seasoning and marinate for 20 minutes Put the lamp chops into the the Air Fryer. and set the timer for 10-12 minutes Open and turn over the chicken leg. Reduce temperature to 150 degrees and bake for more 10 minutes or until become brown PS: Various seasoning can be used to make different taste of fried pork chops

5. Fried Lamb Kebabs

-Lamb Kebab (room temperature)------500g -Onion----------------------appropriate amount -Egg(Broken up)-------------------------1 pc -Cumin powder---------------------1 teaspoon -Chili powder-----------------------1 teaspoon -Oil-----------------------------------2 teaspoon Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Stir onion, egg, chili powder, salad, oil ,salt ,cumin powder together, and then coat in the Lamb Kebab; Leave the seasoned Lamb Kebab 20 minutes; Put Lamb Kebab into fryer basket evenly, fry for 15-20 minutes or until becomes brown. PS: Different spices can be used to create different taste.

6. Fried Pork Chops


-Pork chops--- --500g (at room temperature) -Eggs (beaten)-------------------------2pcs -Starch---------------------------------1 cup -Ginger powder----------------1/2 teaspoon -Garlic----------------------------1/2 teaspoon -Chicken power--------------- --1/2 teaspoon -Soy sauce---------------------1/2 teaspoon -Salt---------------------------1/2 teaspoon -Oil--------------------------------1/2 teaspoon Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the Air fryer; Mix seasoning and then coat in pork chops, marinate 20 minutes; Putting the pork chops into the Air fryer. and set the timer for 10-12 minutes; Open and turn over the chicken leg. Reduce temperature to 150 degrees and bake for more 10 minutes or until become brown. Ps: Various seasoning can be used to make different taste.

7. Fried squid
-Squid (Frozen)----------------------500g -Oil---------------------------------------2 spoon -Salt-----------------------------------1 teaspoon -Cumin powder----------------------1 teaspoon -Chicken powder--------------------1 teaspoon -Pepper powder-------------------1 teaspoon Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Stir Seasoning together, and then coat in the squid, place for 20 minutes; Put squid into the fryer basket and into the air fryer, set the timer for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. PS: Use different spices for different taste.

8. Spicy Shrimp
- Prawns----------------------10 pieces -Oil-----------------------------------------2 spoon -Garlic Minced----------------------------1 piece -Black pepper--------------------------1 teaspoon -Chili powder--------------------------1 teaspoon -Sweet chili sauce----------------------100mg Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Rinse the prawns; Apply a thin layer of salad oil to the prawns , put into fryer basket and in the Air fryer, set timer for 5-8 minutes or until crunchy and golden; Mix sweet chili sauce with salt and pepper in a dish, ready to serve. PS: Use different spices for different taste.

9. Fried Corn
-Oil---------------------------------2 teaspoon -Corn .-----------------------------500g -Starch------------------------------------1 cup -Flour-------------------------------------1 cup Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Mix the flour, starch, oil and water into paste, then coat in the Corn; Put coated Corn into fryer basket, and into the Air fryer set timer for 12-15minutes or baked until crunchy. PS: Use different spices for different taste.

10. Lotus Root


-Lotus Root-----------------------------------2 pcs -Olive oil------------------------2 teaspoon Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer; Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the Lotus Root, slip into the Air fryer and the timer set for 10 minutes or baked until Golden PS: Use different spices for different taste.

11. Fried dumplings


-Dumplings (unfrozen) -------------10 pieces -Olive oil--------------------------------2 teaspoon Set temperature to 180 degrees and timer to 5 minutes for preheating the air fryer;. Put dumplings into fryer basket evenly; Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the dumplings, slip in fryer basket and into the Air fryer and set time for 12-15 minutes OR until golden brown. PS: Use different spices for different taste.
