frustrated politician wannabes :: playing at divine intervention ::
egoistically proclaiming their bellicose superiority over that useless
thing :: nature :: masters of the universe :: bullish
patriarchal dominance :: carving up the countryside ::
pleasing developers :: developers in the city-wannabe-
politician-planners’ pockets :: short of masonic handshakes in
occult alleyways :: where a nod is as good as a wink to a blind
horse :: and then what do they do :: they whine about carbon
footprints :: and global warming :: and greenhouse
buildups :: and disappearing ozone layers :: do they even know
what they are talking about :: or is it just for political brownie
points ::

developers :: and why should the good citizens living in
this edenesque oasis complain :: why should the
golfer’s complain about playing golf in the heart of a
desert :: just another been-there-done-that :: ok ::
not sure why anybody would want to stand in the
scorching hot sun and pretend to be enjoying every
moment :: but :: the architects :: where were
they :: coconspirators ::?:: now suffering from acute
guilt :?: shouting sustainability from the roof tops
of their disastrous contribution :-: silently blessing this
thing :: crying out for green~tecture :-: oh yes ::
not architecture :: but architects hailing al
gore the planet’s savior :: architects worried about
the shrinking north pole ice-cap :: and disappearing
polar bears :: as if ice were beneficial to life ::
architects mesmerized by a self-referential
downward spiral with ever constricting feedback
loops :: a profession demanding greater
responsibility :: demanding stewardship :: about
time :: the gun-slinging pioneer days are long
gone ::
