Reollo Investments Private Limited, a well-established company, registered and operating in the Maldives, is seeking qualified, dedicated, energetic and hard-working professionals for the following vacancies to work in our on-going and planned projects. 1. Site Manager Job Profile: As site manager, the incumbent shall supervise and manage overall construction activities on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, in a diligent manner, to the highest possible standard, on time and within the budget. The incumbent shall keep in close contact with members of the Site team at all times, and liaise with architects, engineers and surveyors, and ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements. The incumbent shall lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the companys needs and expectations. The Site Manager will report the Senior Manager. Job Requirement: The applicant should have a degree, or a higher diploma or a higher certificate in relevant subjects such as architecture, building surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or construction. Having prior experience in construction projects will be an added bonus. The applicant should have good writing skills in English, and should be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and other construction software. Salary: MRF15,000.00 per month. Other Benefits: Food & Accommodation will be provided at work sites. 2. Site Engineer Job Profile: As site engineer, the incumbent shall work as part of the site management team, liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, surveyors and subcontractors. The incumbent shall perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, and shall be responsible for the organization and supervision of material and human resources. The Site Engineer will report the Project Manager.

Job Requirement: The applicant should have an engineering degree or higher diploma, or at least a technical or numerical-based degree, with minimum 5 years of experience as a project engineer. The applicant should have strong numerical and analytic skills and should be able to think in a very logical way. The applicant should also have good writing skills in English, and should be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and other construction software.. Salary: MRF15,000.00 per month. Site Supervisors Job Profile: As site supervisor, the incumbent shall supervise specific mechanical requirements on construction sites for all matters of health, safety, environmental and quality or security controls that must be undertaken by the contractors in line with the agreed scope of works for all construction activities being undertaken, and to maintain all appropriate key links with the seniors that are required to provide approvals for certain mechanical construction tasks to proceed in line with the project requirements. The incumbent shall be responsible for monitoring daily work activities and reporting progress and issues of concern to the Site Manager, and shall also ensure that company management systems and processes are adhered to by the contractors. Job Requirement As site supervisor, the incumbent shall supervise specific mechanical requirements on construction sites for all matters of health, safety, environmental and quality or security controls that must be undertaken by the contractors in line with the agreed scope of works for all construction activities being undertaken, and to maintain all appropriate key links with the seniors that are required to provide approvals for certain mechanical construction tasks to proceed in line with the project requirements. The incumbent shall be responsible for monitoring daily work activities and reporting progress and issues of concern to the Site Manager, and shall also ensure that company management systems and processes are adhered to by the contractors.
