but then I found what I wanted to create. I actually created more than on and decided this was my best work. I created three mask. I covered the water and image of the surfer with a basket like texture and then added the words.

Description: This project we used ai to make Logos. We were required Process (Programs, Tools, Skills): By using Adobe Illustrator I made

three logos. I first sketched a couple of ideas I had for the project and then I started sketching my designs on illustrator. It was challenging because I was not used to this program but after working on my project for long periods of time I became very familiar with the program. I made several designs and then I picked the top three.

Message: My message is Streets of Bakersfield. It is for a website that is

promoting Bakersfield, California. Audience: My audience is anyone looking at going to Bakersfield or needing Information about Bakersfield. Top Thing Learned: Top thing I learned was how to use the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator. Description: This project involved our class in making Business Cards and stationary pages for a business of our choosing. Process (Programs, Tools, Skills): Doing this process I used Adobe Illustrator and Indesign. I had to create a Folder for this project so that all of the programs were connected and could be linked. I had to transffer my work from AI to Indesign and create the card and Stationary. I had to word with a lot of Pen tool in this Project. The stationary was interesting because I had to make it look clean and profesional as well as having enought room for the text.

Message: My company is Unzipped design. It is a design company that is Audience: Anyone looking for a design company or interested.

Description: In this project we designed Brochures for a company , event, Process (Programs, Tools, Skills): Using Indesign and photshop this process

was achievable. Using Indesign you make your brochure the measurements and fold you want. You can add text and place photos. Using photoshop I was able to schange some things on the pictures inserted on the brochure. I was also able to make my logo in indesign.

Message: My message is Discover California. It is such a beautiful place with natural gems. I want people be aware of the places and go visit and experience. Audience:My audience is anyone looking to go away and explore or make
them want to explore.

Top Thing Learned: That projects like these take time. You cannot

Flier
Description: This Flier I made is for the Vouant Company and it is for a
Graduate Leadership Conference. It is promoting this leadership conference for graduates and parents of the graduates.

Process (Programs, Tools, Skills): I began my process by thinking of what I

wanted to say with my design. I wanted having the edge to be an important factor of my design. I sketched out and thought of what I wanted people to see. Then I opened a file and saved the Image, Logo and anything else I needed. I then used Indesign I created a draft. It was critiqued and I got a lot of really good insight. Because of the input I got I went back to my design and made it better.

Message: The message I wanted to get across is the importance of how this

conference can really give you the edge for your future. I thought it be important that the Date, Time and Place to stand out for those looking at the flier. Audience: My audience is for those graduating and also parents. Those not graduating can also give this flier to their parents and so that they can become interested.

Top Thing Learned: The most important thing that I learned in this

Description: This is the Photodesign project where we as students

have to take photos and use the editing of photoshop and create something that is ours.

on a mac than it was a PC. I used a lot of the shading and glowing apps on word. The hardest part for me was picking a color scheme to use.

I did not think it would be such a struggle for me. I also learned that planning ahead really can help and does help. It gives you ideas to expand upon.

Top Thing Learned: I learned that color scheme was actually very hard to choose.

Description: This is a Webpage that I created using basic HTML and CSS knowledge that I have Obtained. I also designed the Logo for this company.
Textwrangler and Brackets. I had to learn how to use basic HTML and Css to write my code and information. USing CSS I was able to place my information and images where they needed to be. I added a background to the code and also my logo from a previous design. and having a website that is functional.
