63

Maintenance - Replace rectifier

l Remove rectifier modules 1. If on-line operation hot-swappable required, make sure the battery connection is correct to avoid system shutdown during the operation. 2. Move the both locking devices (to unlock direction) to un-lock the rectifier. 3. Pull out the rectifier module slowly from the shelf, using one hand to support the rectifier and remove the rectifier from the shelf. l Insert rectifier modules 1. Install the rectifier module, holding the handle with one hand and using the other to support the rear half of the rectifier module. Push into the shelf carefully. 2. Lock the rectifier by pushes the two locking devices (to the lock direction) to lock the rectifier 3. Check rectifier LED and make sure they are in normal operation. The rectifier shall only have GREEN LED on if it works properly. 4. Check controller and make sure there is no alarm message shown.
