Project Sponsor intends to include urban agriculture in the courtyards on podium. *Th e second floor of 2000 Bryant Street, originally built as a cigar box factory, is occupied by a residential tenant. However, there is no building permit record of a legal dwelling unit in the building. Should the second floor be deemed a legal dwelling unit per Section 317, then the project would require demolition of 3 dwelling units, rather than 2.
