ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT
Macquarie International is responsible for recruiting and admitting international students to the University. The organisational unit is responsible for generating in excess of $200m of revenue from commencing and continuing students. As the international arm of the University, its activities across the world must protect and enhance the reputation of the University, be student focussed and embody the highest professional and ethical standards

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and implement marketing initiatives and collateral aimed at building the Universitys profile and increasing student numbers in designated mainstream and/or developing international markets. Identify, build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders including institutional contacts, agencies, government bodies and prospective employers within agreed strategies. Collaborate with the International Channel Manager, International Team Leader and other Macquarie International staff to implement strategies and initiatives across varying marketing channels to suit the needs of specific countries and/or regions and build the Universitys profile and reputation. Provide advice and support to international students and agents on the Universitys admissions and articulations processes and potential pathways. Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations. Perform any other duties as required and as appropriate for the incumbents level of competence. Number of Faculty/Office Staff:

FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE Technical and/or professional skills and

Degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing discipline. Computer skills including MS Office and internet.

Working in recruitment. Working in international marketing and/or sales. Working in the higher education sector. Building and managing relationships.
