Kind Attention: Mr. Rajesh Relan Subject: Very Poor Customer Service.

Dear Sir, Myself Manjit Kaur has bought one policy no. 00473030 from your company in Jan 2008.This policy is on annual mode and of Rs. 99000/annum.Till date I have deposited three premiums. In the month of May, I visited your Patiala branch to know the fund value. When I got the account statement for my policy it was very shocking for me. Because an amount of Rs. 150720.96 was deducted from my policy under head of Unit Adjustment on 08/02/2010.When I try to know the reason for deduction via Customer Care Helpline,it was again very shocking for me ,when your Executive told me that till date you have deposited only two premiums. I have paid my second year renewal through Cheque no.684541 on 16/02/2009 of Punjab & Sind Bank, Branch Vill. Badrukhan (Distt .Sangrur) and same is paid to your companys Citi Bank a/c on 25/02/2009. The Third year renewal is paid to your company through cheque no.684542 on 07/01/2010 of Punjab & Sind Bank , Branch Vill. Badrukhan (Distt .Sangrur), and same amount is credited to your Citi Bank a/c on 14/01/2010.To process the complaint ,I have submitted one written request alongwith copy of my a/c statement from which these amounts are debited ,payment receipts ,copy of my a/c Pass book on 06/05/2010 at your Patiala Branch. But it is very shameful thing for your company that till today there is no correction in System. Lots of times i have called your Customer care Executives, but they have only one answer that Our team is working on it and we will update you. Till today no one has updated me. Lots of times I have visited your Patiala Branch to know the appropriate answer, but they have no answer. One very strange thing which I noticed in your companys system that Concerned persons close the complaint call without any going to any final solution. Lots of time your Patiala branch staff has reopened the call, but same thing happens again. There have been more than 46 days that I am requesting your company people to rectify .When it is very simple to check .I want to know on what basis your company is saying that we are no 1 in Customer Services. There are more than 13 policies of my family members in your company in which more than 23 lacs of rupees as premium paid to your company. Dear Sir, pls check your system, so that the faith of customer like me must not loose. I hope you will take necessary action .Kindly reallocate the units which are deducted alongwith compensation. If you and your juniors will not solve this problem within stipulated period, then there will be no alternative for me to take legal action and to register a complaint against your company.
