Id like to start by saying that this is easily the worst experience Ive had purchasing on Ebay.

Its the kind of experience that you

hear horror stories about and the reason many people are afraid to purchase online.
To make sure there is no confusion in this case I want to relay as much information regarding models that I can. There are
different models of the Note 3. or example! the "T#T model is $%&N'(("! T&mobile is $%&N'((T! the international variant
is $%&N'(() and the $%&N'((*+ version is ,anada and -atin "mericas model! regardless of company.
The model I needed.paid for is the $%&N'((*+! the model I received! is not entirely clear! but it seems to be a mix of the $%&
N'(() /International0 and the $%&N'((" /"T#T0.
$eeing as 1uerto 2ico is part of the 3$" and considered a -atin "merican country! I was unsure what model they had.
1rior to bidding on the item! I asked for the I%EI which is the International %obile $tation E4uipment Identity! which you can

"fter checking the I%EI 8 3)+9':();:<+++: at http6..www.imei.info.=imei>3)+9':();:<+++: I found that this phone had the
model number of $%&N'(() /international model0 and not the $%&N'((*+ /,anadian.-atin "merican model0 that I needed and
that the "d was claiming to be selling.
"fter seeing this I asked if the seller was sure the model was the $%&N'((*+ and not the $%&N'(()! the seller replied that he
was sure but that it had a custom rom /software0. Now this is significant because it has been the theme of the sellers responses to
defend any and all discrepancies Ive found with5 ?Its a custom rom@! rather than actually focusing on my doubts and giving
some sort of proof! receipts etc! to relay that their story adds up.

These were used to get further information on the phone! most importantly the %odel and I%EI.
*hen I saw there were some discrepancies regarding the model number and contents of the box /no charger0 I made sure to
contact the seller right away. I tried to be as polite as possible! and let him know both what I was happy with and what issues we
would need to address. I asked if perhaps I could get more details on the phone but essentially the answer matched what was
already said in the "d! ?bought it from ,laro@ as though restating is the same as providing new information. This was also when
he first specified that he would be fine with sending a new charger.
%y next message was an attempt to get him to see my predicament! for whatever reason he didnt and further responded in
capitals. I even tried to give a fairly simple out! the purchase of the D;)&D:( unlock code! so that I wouldnt be left hanging if it
truly was the wrong model! which would result in any purchased unlock code being useless for me. I even stated that sending it
back would be a hassle and I really wanted this to work. I stated that the stickers on the box and the phone can be easily falsified!
which they can! and that the software seems to show $%&N'(() everywhere. I feel even while saying all of this and providing a
link to I%EI.info! which showed $%&N'(() as the model he didnt take my concerns seriously! still focusing on it being a
?software only@ problem.
In his response he clearly misunderstood my intention and the messages details. 1erhaps this is a communication issue and if so!
I feel bad as Im not trying to cause anyone any grief. Ee somehow thought I was saying the I%EI has changed! when clearly I
have never mentioned that it had but rather that the stickers on the box and phone could be falsified! i.e. the model being changed
from $%&N'(() to display $%&N'((*+ instead.
In this response he also said he has a video of him putting the charger in the box! but that again! he would still be willing to send
me one.
"t this point! based on his reaction! the fact that a lot of it wasnt logical! the fact that he seemed to be getting upset at my
insistence it was the incorrect model! and the fact that I started doing my own deeper investigations by calling $amsung 3$" and
,laro 12! I decided I wanted no further contact with the seller. I am the one who is at a loss here! Im the one who responsibly
paid /minutes after purchase0 for a product and got something with missing contents and strangely contradictory details! Im the
one that should be rude and irate! yet I wasnt and havent been. The fact that he was! turned me off of trying to get a solution
through him and focused me on making sure I worked with Ebay to resolve this instead. The fact that he is now! in his response
to this ticket! threatening to go after me in regards to a charger that was never there! and which he seemed totally fine with
footing the bill for! is proof enough to me that my Fudgements were correct.

It seems asinine to me that one would say they put the charger in! have proof they did so! and yet still be willing to fork out D3(&
D)( of compensation for something that is provably not their fault5 and then as soon as the deal fell through do a full ;+( to
threaten collections claims if the charger /that they seemed to not care was missing and were totally willing to pay for0 is not
there on return. I sure wouldnt be willing to pay extra for an item I included! especially if I had proof I included it. I would
have simply apologiLed that it wasnt there5 shown my evidence and asked them to contact Ebay as it seemed to have been
taken.lost during transit.

into that gave that same $%&N'(() model number /which logically wouldnt know if the phone had a custom rom! and counters

the Note 3! then click the ?Especificaciones@ tab0 which gives the same model number! $%&N'(()! which is found everywhere
else! and finally pictures that show the back of the 1hone is "T#T /more info about that at
http6..www.etradesupply.com.blog.find&galaxy&note&iii&model&number.0 which is definitive proof that something here is amiss! if
not downright illegal.
In addition to the screenshots and photos I have audio recordings of $amsung 3$"! which has no data on this I%EI! ,laro 12
representatives finding nothing on this phone as well /in English and $panish0! "T#T stating that they too cant find the phone in
their database and the video of me opening the box when I first received it! showing that there was no charger included. I will
have to edit and upload these so will wait until Ebay re4uests them as its a lot of extra work.
In conclusion! I dont know if the seller is telling the truth and that by bad luck alone purchased this phone from a legit ,laro12
store. I dont know if he is simply a scammer and that he knows that this phone had been cut up and reassembled or if perhaps
"T#T sells parts to 1uerto 2ican companies regardless of them denying that to me on the phone! or! if ,laro Employees dont
know the model numbers of the phones they sell and give you incorrect information over the phone and their website. *hat I do
know is that there are "2 too many strange details regarding this device for me to want to go further with this item! and as such
I feel I have provided ample evidence to warrant a full reimbursement! including return shipping. 3nfortunately my time!
although valuable! cannot be recouped.
