engineering design and workmanship in all respects and
shall be capable of performing continuous operation in a
manner acceptable to the Purchaser. (Furnishing all the
equipment & conditions in this tender shall not relieve
VENDOR from the responsibility of to meet the performance
of the system in safe and efficient manner acceptable to the
Purchaser).
Please note that our Guarantee of
equipment shall be limited to Material &
Workmanship only. Process Guarantee
of the equipment shall not be our
scope of supply.

No deviation is acceptable from specification/datasheets of
equipment in enquiry specification (In case VENDOR has
not indicated any deviation in the schedule of deviation than
it is assumed that VENDOR is confirming all the
items/systems as per Enquiry) Any changes made by
VENDOR in Enquiry package other than indicating under
Schedule of deviation shall be considered invalid.

/standards mentioned in the Enquiry Spec.
