Global Talent!
The Global Talent Program will give you the opportunity to experience
cultural immersion to increase your understanding the world, while
developing your competitive skills that will build the foundation for a more
successful career and life. In addition to the program giving you an edge in
the job market by having an international work experience added to your
resum.
More than 40 graduates from different universities in Bahrain have
participated in the Global Talent Program and had the opportunity to find a
job placement and work abroad for a period of 3-18 months in either field
of Marketing or Education.
Countries past participants have interned in; Colombia, Lebanon, Taiwan,
Malta, UAE, Jordan, Portugal, India, Russia, USA, Oman and Turkey.
Internship placement is based on primarily on personal and professional qualications in the specic area the opportunity covers. Internships
are not guaranteed and the best way to ensure youre matched to your ideal internship is to keep in contact with the Global Talent
representative and meet all deadlines set.

Coaching and guidance will be given to
settle all travel arrangements. After
which an outgoing preparation seminar
will be delivered to equip applicants
with the necessary cultural and
exchange preparation required to start
your experience.

Access will be given to a global pool of over 1200
internships across 124 countries to apply for.
Trainings will be given to participants to build their
skills and equip them with the necessary
knowledge required to secure an internship.

PROCESS
Global Talent-Marketing program: Participate in the Global Talent Marketing
Program and work in a marketing department in a company abroad to
enhance your marketing expertise. Global Talent Marketing gives you the
unique opportunity to work in marketing departments abroad, to learn and
adopt international practices into local reality.

Marketing is a vital function in any organization, so having experience in this
eld will open up more job opportunities for you apply for in the future.

Global Talent-Education Program: Participate in the Global Talent Education
Program and teach in schools abroad to specialize in presenting, training and
facilitating. Regardless of your major, you can participate in Global Talent
Education Program and build experience in this eld to provide yourself with
more career options and opportunities. Education is the key to success in any
young person's life, and it is the most powerful tool to change the world and
raise a empowered generation of young people. This platform gives you the
unique ability to be in that position of shaping the generation of tomorrow, as
the best way to empower ourselves is to empower others rst.
Some countries tend to feature more of one type of program and some internships have roles that spread across more than one category.
With AIESEC theres no limit to where your experience can take you.

OPPORTUNITIES
Job Description - Writing, photographing and brieng live event content creation
for social media channels communicated with brand tone of voice and backed by
analytics to understand power of content and where it can improve.
Creating, managing and growing a brands social equity through blogs, Twitter, FB and
other strategically relevant online properties including working with key inuencers.
Creating content calendars- themed content and expressed per the realities of each
social channel
Benets - Salary in US $1500
Duration - 78 Weeks
Job Description - Teach English to students aged between 16- 30 years old. Plan
classes and educational trips around the city to enhance the students speaking, writing,
listening and reading prociency. Get the opportunity to manage a class of 15 - 30
students. In addition to extra curricular activities like (Drama and Cultural clubs).
Benets - Salary in US $300
Duration - 43 Weeks
All programs require a BHD250 fee upon application approval.

Fees are to be paid in two installments - BHD100 upon signing
the contract with AIESEC in Bahrain and BHD 150 to be paid
after the participant secures an internship.
The program fees cover the range of services provided by
AIESEC in Bahrain in relation to participating in the program.

AIESEC in Bahrain does not cover ights, visas or insurance.

After graduating from NYIT College of Arts, I thought that opportunities
in Bahrain were limited and not challenging to encourage my learning and
personal growth after university.
I came across the opportunity to do an internship abroad with AIESEC,
but I was honestly not sure of myself whether I will be good enough, or
qualied for the program given that I had not studied business or studied
to become a teacher. I took a chance on the program and decided to
apply anyway, and was thankfully accepted!

Being a teacher in Colombia was exactly what I needed to build myself
professionally and personally. My work was incredibly fullling and
everyday was such a treat, the children had so much energy and they
honestly taught me just as much as I taught them! My passion for teaching
increased everyday as I got to know my students better, seeing the
importance of my role in their lives.

The experience helped me secure a well paid teaching job back home although I previously
never had any background in teaching. I owe it all to the Global Talent program for
equipping me with all the knowledge and development I needed to become a teacher and
the person I am today
