a few weeks ago. Following up, you had asked whether Mr. Simkin was interested in selling Lot 806, and we
have confirmed that he is not. In light of that, were attempting to figure out the boundaries and access rights for
that parcel. Would it be possible to obtain the governments views about this? In addition to the NPSs survey,
we recently located an older survey from the District of Columbias Office of the Surveyor (all attached).
