Academic License Agreement

Terms
Scalable Network Technologies reserves the right to obtain copies of papers, lab material,
and sample models developed under the QualNet license.
Scalable Network Technologies reserves the unconditional right to terminate this license
agreement at any time.
The SEP Teaching License is available for SEP members teaching university courses that are
not independent study courses. The SEP Teaching License is valid for up to 30 computers.
At the end of the license term the licensee may apply for a license renewal. The acceptance
of renewal applications, renewal prices, and renewal terms are subject to change and are at
the sole discretion of Scalable Network Technologies
The SEP License and SEP Teaching License are classroom versions of QualNet Developer.
Some models are provided in source form, while others are provided in precompiled form.

Note: The library of models is subject to change.
By submitting this agreement, I certify that I have read, met, and agreed to the Academic License
Agreement Terms for Academic licenses and all the conditions this agreement requires of me as an
educational user. I certify that I have completed all required forms. I certify that I am an eligible
participant in the SEP program. I understand that Scalable Network Technologies can negate my
eligibility to participate in its programs if any fact provided by me on this agreement is determined
to be false. I understand that Academic Licenses are effective for a period of 1 year, at which time
they can be renewed at the discretion and terms of Scalable Network Technologies.
