PET FEEDING APPLICATIONS
INTRODUCTION
I have a dog at home, but I was always busy for my studying and dont have enough time to
look after my dog at home. This is a big problem around me with a long time and I dont
actually have a good solution to solve this problem. Therefore the problem conducted from
our group is people are too busy to look after their pets at home. Certainly, our group came
up with an innovative solution, it is a feeding application in feeders smartphone and
connect with multifunction electronic pet feeder at home, this smartphone application is
designed for those people who has pets at home and dont have time to look after their
pets.
3. BUSINESS SECTION
3.1 Vision
This feeding application combine with multifunction electronic pet feeder makes feeders
world more brighter and it will save a large amount of time for them.

Our new innovative product is very easy to use, for those busy lifestyle pet owners, they
only need to download this feeding app and use this app to feed their pets through their
phone. This feeding app is connect with a multifunction electronic pet feeder at home. The
pet feeder have both water tank and food container, it also have voice reocorder,
speaker,camera and many other features. This multifuction electronic pet feeder will be
controlled by feeding app in owners samrtphone. They only need to click the control button
on the app and in order to control the amount of water and food. The water and food will
be given to pets automatically at home. Therefore, our new innovative product save
owners time and keep their environment quiet.

The suppliers for our product might be APP Store and Google Play, this is because both of
them are download platforms and APP Store is for customers who use iPhone and Google
Play is for customers who use Android. Another reason could be iPhone and Android are
most popular smartphone system. The partners for our product might be PetStop and
Animates, both of them sells pets products and our product is a new innovative product for
pets, and therefore, they might interested in.

The competitive scope for this feeding app could be broad market rather than narrow
market and the cost strategy is high cost for this feeding app. Once our feeding app come
up, pet owners will download this app all around the world to try it out, so it is a broad
market. However, in order to product this feeding app, it is a high cost product. Overall, the
