2 DYSLEXIA SOLVING BY TECHNOLOGICAL GLASSES INTRODUCTION Higher level education would be demanded to our contemporary society, in another word, people will concern more about whether their children can receive a good education or not, So plenty of people are realized that Dyslexia is threatening their normal life. Dyslexia has been divided into two parts, one is acquireddyslexia and the other one is developmentaldyslexia which is refered to the individual has no difference with others in general intelligence, motivation, living environment and education condition, etc, but its reading ability significantly lower than the same age level. Nowadays the disease we called Dyslexia is actually developmental reading disorder which has been first recorded as a case study in 1896. Today I would like to introduce a functionality glasses that can help young children to solve the reading problem. We called the product scanning translated glasses. 3. The products would use plastic, a funnel-shaped reflector, printed circuit board, four light-emitting diodes, a light-sensitive area sensor, a lens ( Akhlagi, Lonn, & Wittrup, 2003). Threat of substitutes: High There are several other product customers can choose such as reading pens, traslation dictionaries, learning toys. Rivalry among existing competitors: High Rivalry among existing is high when competition is fierce in this market, because there are many diferent products can substitute each other, they may use a similar technology as well. Overall attractiveness of the industry: Athogh to enter this industry is not easy but because of the technology sharing, it wont be a high level technological requirment should be attendent. Moreover, glasses would be easy accept for customers when they are looking for something not only can solve Dyslexia but also keep privacy, Because wearing a pair of glasses is more convenient than using a reading pen or translation dictionary.

So this product is especially for the children and young adults who are suffering from Dyslexia. UNESCO reported that there are 2.2 billion children in the world today and we have 62,659 infants borned in New Zealand in 2011. Thus we have a plenty of potential customers. As for children and young adults especially for the people who are suffering from Dyslexa are concerned about wheather the product is easy to use, so our products are good choices for them. When you are using our scanning translated glasses, you just need to turn on it and look at a sentence more than 3 seconds then the glasses will translate the sentence to vioce through by the mini microphone which is installed at two sides of glasses. Additionally, the glasses will be designed by fashion ways, Because parents are concerned about their childrens Psychological impact from Dyslexia, so they will be glad to choose a products just similar with normal glasses. In addition, the functions of products are the most important point people would like to choose it, so our scanning tranlated glasses can read whole words and phrases, give readers the definition of words, highlight the line users are reading. 3.4 The Product and Service Firstly Scanning translated glasses as assistive technology device for Dyslexia is good resource to help children and adults access reading. Secondly this product is eco-friendly, so it wont effect childrens health and convient to use. Additionally , we will update the database everyweek to make sure the integrity of the resources. Also, we have the feedback systems and after-sales service in order to develop our products during the next period. Lastly, we will design the glasses in a fashion way so it will be popular for yong adalts. Also we can provide online sale services cooperation with NZSALE. 3.6 Strategy: Good desi gn with useful highlight Our products are aimed to help people improve their reading ability every single time when they are reading. So we are forcusing on the highlight fuction that can help people to reading by themselves. In addition our glasses is designed good style but normal way. The scanner, led and microphone we are using are all mini size and installed inside the glasses. 10 CONCLUSION Through this business, we are fucsing the disease of Dyslexia and aim to help children in the world to read and learn knowdge from books. Additionally, the scanning translated glasses will be good improved by following the process. Besides we are hopefully to bring our own products to the whole world in order to help as much children who are suffering from Dyslexia as we can. Moreover, the vital part of development in our company is to reflect our advantages and competitiveness. We will use the error record system to improve customer satisifaction in able to improve the quality of our products. Otherwise, we will try to creats competitive advantage to compare with other companies.
