First and foremost, I have to thank the Universe for given us dark
matter, dark energy, every constellation in the galaxy, all of the planets,
the sun ,the moon, water, the trees, the soil , different beings, animals
and this human experience which has allowed me to obtain knowledge
of patience, forgiveness , will power, love and being able to possess the
ability to channel these forms of information to heal myself and others
from misguidance, hatred and mis/dis information. I love to thank all
that has induced positive affirmation to me . Thank you mom, dad, my
stepdad, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, acquaintances,
and strangers because with out you I would have not have the
opportunity to learn from your trail, tribulations and my experience

Can I get to know you better?
Do not expect anything. Do not judge me for how I dress, nor the first
words I use to express to you . It would be great if you didn't make an
assumptions, saying this that and the third about who I am. You have
no idea as of right now, it is a mystery. We both do not have a clue of
who we are. Im not approaching you because of your physical features
- although they are quite appealing. See I am confronting you because I

Caring is a feeling; Love is an action
Nature showers all that is living , all that is living has to bloom. While
giving birth to a delightful day a bus is filled with people who look as if
they are in tombs. The silence gets broken by their gloomy moods but
there is room for a light being who shines brighter than the sun in
June.

Its Just a Thought
Be under the impression, if one thinks they are hard then they shall be
hard. Being hard formulates a defensive mechanism, and when a
defense is tight, nothing shall come through it to a accomplish a goal,
for example, a positive thought manifesting into reality. We, as a
community and nation, have to be more fluid in our thoughts, and
know we are free because we shall be free mentally, physically and
spiritually. The only way for that to happen is to express ourselves
through compassion and healing.

Her Eyes
When I look into her eyes I can see dwarf stars, by far her pupils where
the closest thing to the galaxy. With this attraction, it was inevitable
that I would not escape her magnetism. The feeling was just too great
to abide by rules or limitations, I was willing to explore the unknown
hoping it will be known and then rest in my heart forever. Every time I
touch her body with the gentlest hug it caused a spark, this electrical
charge should have been labeled as a drug because I was addicted. I
couldnt just have a slight stimulation, I needed my whole body to be
nourished by the strength of life. Every now and then I would try to
get a dose until one day when I thought to take a step closer, she
disappeared as if she because were a ghost, no trace, nor hints, only to
find myself to be apart of her universe.

Her Silent Cry
Her spirits are running far away from the agony occurring in the
physical realm. The light within her dims at each moment of the day,
but she does not acknowledge the inner turmoil.
My lady is a slave to a realm which doesnt hold space for ascension.
Oh yes, and did I mention the testosterone levels increasing, the
imbalance of her estrogen alters her dimension. Moving away from the
Center, she tries to push away the man who gives her the right
attention because her will power can not fight temptation especially

I held her close
I held her close as if she is a plate of gold, and damn her shell is hard
to get into. Her spirit informs me this isnt meant to be but her body
language clings on you compliment me.
She held me as if she needed to be held. She caressed me ever so gently
as if she was telling me everything is okay. I am far from confused; I
over stand the cross wiring that is fused to make this interaction not
work. Unfortunately, it is impossible to avoid this attraction. But then
again, what am I attracted to?
What keeps us close? Maybe its the fact that her little girl calls me Pa

In the middle
These couples of days have been rocky; everyone is fighting while Im
standing here as the outsider looking in. I ask myself what is the
reason? One day I was between my two brothers pointing knives at
each other wanting to cut one another out of their lives. Ironically that
morning, I was the only one who felt pain. My brothers ignorance
made them blind to acknowledge the true power of the fist, for they
were pointing fingers like this. They had not recognized when all
fingers are curled into one form it can cause a vigorous blow. My
mind, my body, and my soul had been harmed. I was hurting, and I
wanted to know whatever happened to togetherness. Whatever
happened to love?
As the shower hose rinsed my head, I cried as if I were the faucet
pouring out water. You wouldnt have noticed unless you saw the
horror scenes from behind my eyes. Why is there separation in my
own home? I couldnt imagine, but I should have known that the one
who learns without the right role model, is like a seed with no water,
sun or minerals to help it grow.

Its you again
Its funny how dreams can come true. Seeing you out of the blue had
me stuck; I didnt know what to do.
I wanted to say hi but in fact we couldnt see eye to eye, so we
decided to hide the emotions and true feelings we have inside.
Had we missed an opportunity at the door? I felt like our body
language should of elaborated a little bit more than words
complementing each other.
But the confusion caused silence, and had me thinking if our hearts
had gotten cold like this weather. I thought I was a friend, more than
another, but hey I guess that is how life works. Life goes on and on

Love hurts?
Do you know how it feels to love someone who doesnt love you
back? It is having the one you love pressing the knife into your chest.
The razor edge will literally kill you, if you choose to take a step closer.
Some people would think it would be exhilarating to make things
work. But how could that be when you are slowly killing your, self? Is
this the way you want to die for love? It could be, because love does
not hurt, not one bit. It is supposed to replenish our souls and make
us hold the thoughts of a dove.

Material items can be expensive, but love is the greatest gift a person
can afford to give. Without that in our hearts, how can we afford to
live?
See the thing is you cant go to the market and put love into a
shopping cart. Money cannot afford to fix a broken heart nor bring a
family together that is torn apart.
It is a shame how some people are afraid to love but are not afraid to
make money. Make sense not war, we can not afford to hate. Forgive
and forget because once that love one is gone, it will be too late.
You would wish to have that person in your life to communicate with
and to smile at every time you look at their face.
Dont make the mistake to think your love is only to be shared with
your family members and friends; remember love is a place where you
want to be. There is enough space for every existent race. I am you and

The amber light that has struck me
It was quite frightening to know how quick you can engross feelings
for a complete stranger. When our auras met her beauty struck me as if
it was lightening sent from above. I must admit at the time I wasnt the
type to commit but when she smiled and licked her soft lips, I held
thoughts of a dove. All of my worries and troubled thoughts vanished.
My mind silenced when she rubbed the goose bumps on her cold skin;
she needed warmth, and I wanted to be her home to shelter her from
the gusty winds.
We temporarily embraced each other in our arms. For a second I
wanted to hold her for a minute longer to feel and listen to her heart
beats cry. But we had to let go because it would of been to awkward
you know? As we took a step back I couldnt help but see her cute
round puffy eyes. I felt deep down inside the vibrations from her pulse
nudging me saying captain save me. I couldnt though, because we
both had to depart....
Was it love, or was it a silly phase? Was it curiosity? sometimes when
the days go by I sit down and ask my self those questions because I
know its not obsession. To a certain degree, maybe, but I just want to
know how things would be, all I long for is the opportunity to see
where we can stand in this journey of life.

Madame Tamare
Mother earth is crying as we slander her. Her tears of rain remain
suspended, to drop until they meet her chocolate brown feet.
As we continue to ill treat her, we begin to cross the line to ravish her.
She screams, her voice thunders, lightening which shatters the silence
in our homes but the people are still not mindful.
Tamare weeps, we lacerate her happiness and peace. We fuck her
during the sun rise and through the time most of us plunge into sleep.
She howls in hopes, we shall start to identify her sorrows. She hopes
tomorrow that we can all sit in silence and listen to her calling our
spirits.
She is hoping if we are attentive. Will we stray again and ignore her
demands?
She is ready to speak freely because she has been tied by concrete for
centuries. The tone of her heart shall tell one about the stones that
used to make her complete.

The apple tree

A seed has been planted into mother earth, as time goes by she gave
birth to a female tree. The beautiful tree matured and began to
parturition golden delicious granny smiths apples. These apples were
rounder then a babys bottom. One day a smith asked her mother
when can I leave and be on my own?. The tree of life said when
you are grown enough, you will know, so be patient. On a summer
day the winds delivered a message to the Mothering tree You may let
them go. And so the first apple fell onto the ground and found its
way into another home.

Madame Tamares Tones
When I opened the windows to my soul I heard my mother whispering
Sun rise as if it was my own voice. At first I ignored her gentle tone,
I was extremely tired I did not want to get up.
She spoke again but this time she sounded a bit further then she was
before. Sun rise, wake up. I tossed and turned in my sheets wishing I
can stay in them for much longer but this time, I knew I had to mount.
Before I planted my feet on to the tiled floor my mother said in a
strong tone Sun rise, stand up!!.
I wiped the rheum from the corner of my almond shaped eyes.
Although at first I was enervate, I yawned and I stood, impregnable, to
stretch my arms, legs and hips. She continued Sun rise, clean up. As
soon as I heard what my mother said, I knew I had to go somewhere
other than the shower but I didnt know exactly where. My mother left
it at that.

Double Edged Sword
You dont have to say much nor do we have to touch. Just by staring
through the windows to your soul I can tell your story. I know you are
wondering how I can decipher. Well, I can only say that its just the
vibe.
In your eyes I can see a terrified girl dwelling in anxiety, which in
causes you to fear the shadows of your own truths. I wish I can say
come here, and wrap you in my arms, but I believe we share the
same oddity. It is ironic to know you assume I am capable to put you
in harm. Acknowledge that my heart is warmer than the colors of
autumn. I will never dare to deceive you like the whisperer. Beloved

The boy who turned into phoenix
I am an innocent child, curious and filled with excitement. I am living
free; my mind has no limitations on what I think or do. I am sitting
across a candle light, the room is quite brisk. I feel cold but I also feel a
warm energy pulling me closer to the lit candle. I admit my mother has
always told me not to play with fire or else I will get burned, but I
decide to take a step closer. With every step I take, the goose bumps
on my skin gradually fade away. Now I feel this heat begging me to
stay. While I stretch my hands out towards the flame Im wondering if
it will bring me pleasure or pain. I dont realize until my fingertips are
introduced to the dancing entity that something that makes me feel so
bad can also make me feel good. We were now one, and dangerous.

The 1 for me
The passion and the lust for elevated thoughts will nourish my brain
more than any other stimulant. Can I find a female who is equivalent
to my words which are poems that paint beauty and express intense
psychedelic emotions? I know she is rare to see like a black dove but
my high expectations need not to bend or shatter for a woman whos
mind isnt as powerful than any form of weaponry.

The Trinity
Though the road ahead could be an adventure or a fright, both
possibilities are learning experiences and opportunities for the self to
grow into perfection. They can prepare the self for events that will
occur in the near future. We are now here and time is going nowhere.
Patience and over standing will allow us to be free from the things we
tend to simply tolerate. Use the material world only as a tool. Try not
to fool your person into desiring people, places and things. Uplift your
person and if you cannot uplift your person be around people, places,
and things that can assist you in uplifting your spirits.
All is well once you hear it; the voice that has been within you. Listen
and you will notice what was impotent can become potent to fight
your un-principled mind. Before your negative emotions manifest into
motion, see the vivid picture with your eye, your true eye so you can
balance the forces of nature to bring forth peace, in Nut and Geb

Up,Up, and Away!!!!!!!!!
There are shutters over her eyes but the windows remain wide open.
She still points the finger towards the adjacent side. Youre the reason
why!, she screams loudly. The tone of her roar makes it seem her
ignorance is sophisticated. As I try to over look the disgust on her face
I couldnt help but to think about what her truest thoughts must be. In
her mind I am all that she assumes me to be, not knowing I can be all
that I wish to be, however I cannot weigh my own heart. Everyday I
feel as If I am her worst enemy because she is always fighting me. Im
tired and sick of this tough love shit, for love should be gentle and ever
so sweet as if it is syrup dripping from the goddess maple tree. All of
her negative tension is effecting me, the unbalanced aggression will
destroy man, so Im out as if today is the day of my ascension. Today I
will be free, so free I can finally spread my broken wings and soar up
into the galaxy, wailing YOU CAN NOT BRING ME DOWN.

The Struggle, Its just a thought or is it
?
Has society stripped us from our happiness and innocence, or did we
allow ourselves to become victims? All life forces have the goal of
reaching a greater destination, but lately your people have been
murdered by their own hands. Each day we are victimizing the victims
even further, behaving like a game of crabs in a bucket. A wise man
once said just take the crabs back to the sea. Maybe that will be the
best solution instead of confining ourselves in this small circle of
hatred, being narrow minded about showing affection. For instance we
say I am heartless, Im colder than the winter breeze. Why do we
awake everyday focusing on putting currency into our lives while
forgetting to put compassion into our hearts? We are naked and
ashamed of who we really are. I suppose this is why people try so hard
to disguise themselves in this material world. What is cold when you
have a heart that has warmth to warm a person who is freezing
outside? We must remove love away from the bottom of our feet
between the soles of our shoes. We must not become our own
suppressors, putting our guards up as if we are boxing. We have to
stop fighting, we have to top fighting ourselves.

Who Am I ?
My mother gave me life. She showered me with the greatest gifts a
man could ever receive. Every morning my father would wake up
mother an dI with a big, bright smile. His love was summery and he
always made us feel so good. He embodied that type of positive energy
anyone could thrive off of. He would stay with us until his smile faded
away. I got sad when he left, but my mother would always tell me not
to worry. She would be right by my side to keep me cozy until my
father returned.
As I grew up, the goddesses and gods would tell me that I am
beautiful; they adored my red hair and alkaline body. Sometimes I
would hear them having a discussion about taking me away. I couldnt
see that happen though. If anyone of them tired to touch me, I would
make them bleed because my attitude stings. My parents kept telling
me it would be okay to leave the rest of the family, however I really
didnt want to. I would have been upset if they took me away from
home. I mean who would find joy being taken away from their roots?
This is who I am, I want to be free. I would die if they seized me and
took me to their dwelling.

Empower Her, Its just a thought or is
it?
Some woman are not being treated with self respect. They have
allowed me and others to define who they are with words such as
bitch, slut, hoe, whore, etc. They have pointed their fingers towards
others, not realizing that it is themselves who allow people to tell them
who they are and what they are worth by accepting the degrading
terms and expressions as their own. Have our women forgot about the
term value? Now Im not trying to imply that women are worth a
certain amount of dollars. All I am trying to say is that they are deities
and goddesses of this universe.
When our women dehumanize themselves, friends, acquaintances and
even strangers with words that arent mean to be placed upon a being,
they lose a sense of sisterhood. Take a second to ask yourself what
am I saying to my sisters? Is this the way women should be
represented?.

Glory to gloomy
Money this, money that, why cant I have enough money?
Do you stress out because of your financial situation? Do you have a
decent amount of food in your fridge, and still complain that you do
not have it all?
Do you go to work and return home with a dull smile? Okay great
because while that is happening,
why dont you use an appropriate way to communicate with your
child?
You physically and mentally abuse him, dont you feel him feeling torn,
wondering why he experiences hate?
Hmp, you act like you dont know why your child finds a way to
escape by turning into the streets, to meet a bunch of brothers and
sisters who can relate to the same pain.

The Tree Of Life
Listen how a story will unfold into a beautiful portrait. Close your eyes,
listen and feel the tones that are vibrant.
The seed that gets planted into darkness fears not of its surroundings;
it instinctively inner stands the unusual environment will give it what it
needs, as though it has been there before.
Allowing the soil to provide it warmth and vital minerals, the precious
little seed gets comfortable in the earths womb. As the sun graces the
motherly soil with its potent life force, the seed cracks to accept the
UV rays with open arms. Feeling free, resembling the wind and
listening to the whisper of Earths tone Ashe Ashe, a divine being
blooms with spirits blossoming into what it is supposed to occur wit
no thought, but only action by the law of allowance.
Now grounded like the tree, the leaves are my ears to listen to the wind
which will guide me through the unseen. Allowing myself to blossom, I
stretch my arms like branches to provide a home for the love birds
who sing ever so sweet melodies that will cure mother Earth from
pollution. Being apart of nature is what I need to be. Some may ask me
why.
My only response is close your eyes and breathe; feel the energy.

Isnt it beautiful how life itself paints vivid pictures? Even the silent
rivers tell tall tales. The clouds produce teas of joy and the wind wails
freedom ,while the calm trees invite animals to be apart of their
domestic lives. In the mean time, lumber jacks are so eager to cut this
olive tree down but the scent of peace swirls into the cool summer
breeze. As their minds starve for questions like why do i feel at
ease?, they began to sit under this tree to catch some zss

Close your eyes and see what I see. From this point some people
would follow my lead, while others look at me in aw because of what is
being wrapped around the flesh instead of focusing on what is inside
of their bodies.

A lesson
Our everyday lives are no different than attending a facility for
education. We are constantly being introduced to a lesson. Some
people may pick it up while others may not. You see, the magic starts
when people use the information to implement it into their own lives
or onto another persons life experience.

Everyday it is a blessing to breathe. God bless the dead who have
fallen as if they were leaves
detaching from trees.
As their solar energy rises into the air it is hard to put a smile on our
faces knowing that they are not physically here.

Time has not changed one bit.
When I take a minute to step outside for fresh air a Caucasian with no
heart will yell out NIGGER! from the window of their vehicle.

To live you must learn its just a thought
or is it ?
I grew up with out my father but i lived with my step father. It was as
if the situation was a double edged sword, because I remember my
mother being kicked, punched, burned with an iron and verbally
abused for many years. I have never before sensed and felt so much
pain. I became numb and therefore I was mildly confused, but I knew
this was not love. Eventually I nor my brothers knew what to do, for
we almost thought it was normal. One day I noticed the devils spirits
lived within my step father. In retrospect I told my mother I will kill
him after watching him blatantly ill treat my mother at a Caribana
festival in front of a small crowd.
Life eh? My mother had told me stories about her and my biological
father. There was one story in particular that I fully absorbed; I will
never forget it. My mother burned my biological father with an iron,
my father chased her with a machete and chased my mother until she
got onto the floor. My father eventually sat on top of her and said, I
will never hurt you. Life eh? Tell me about it.
Both of these situations have taught me three things:
Karma is a beautiful being; she will return in many shapes and forms.
We shall not know when she comes to deliver a message we ought to

Secondly, forgiveness heals those who were cold and brittle. Loving all
and accepting all as they are is a way to obtain absolute freedom and

Power is the ability of a person to define their reality and accept that
definition as if it is true

The root cause of oppression is ones own state of mind. With that
being said, if one is conditioned to accept that what they hear or see
going on around their society, it is inevitable to escape the oppression
unless one inner stands Mental Al-khem-y. When it comes to the
psychological phenomena of the brain, we as a people have the natural
ability to mirror sound, images and etc. with our minds.
Lets discuss the human brain & how it works!
Our brain resembles a holographic computer. When our senses pick up
out formation our CONSCIOUS MIND processes the information
into our SUB CONSCIOUS MIND, which is a part of the mental
plane of existence. While that process is occurring the information is
now influencing, or in other, words affecting our emotions. Depending
on the nature of our thoughts, our perception formulates a reality in
which we interpret information to be factual or to be untrue. What
causes us to receive information is the law of attraction. It is what
THOUGHT WAVES ARE ATTRACTED to. Thought waves are
FREQUENCIES that VIBRATE.
This form of energy affects the atoms that are within us and that are
around all physical existence. This chain of cause and effect has the

ability to affect a persons mental health and their environment if their
are not being mindful of the value of the mental activity that is
occurring within their brains.
In this case, living in a fear based society leads people to condition
themselves to have UNNATURAL DEGENERATIVE
BEHAVIORAL PATTERNS. Once ones perception is in a form of
illusion it prevents that person from obtaining Spiritual Advancement.
Here is another example: Some females tend to degrade themselves by
stripping and prostitution because of the fear of not sustaining
themselves in an expensive environment. Without a thought they
unknowingly become examples to other females, which subsequently
creates a perception in their minds.
Therefore, if one is not consciously aware of the energy within
deception that is disguised by the strength of encouragement, little
boys and other little girls sophisticated ignorance becomes logical
to them. Hence the existence becomes a NORMALITY to society in
which the acceptance creates a pillar for females to obtain material
advancement also known as monetary success.
Now that is how to fuck someone up psychologically!!

do disagreeable acts. Secondly knowing females accept this path is the

I was on the phone a couple nights ago talking to a friend whom I care
about dearly. We were having a discussion about birth control pills,
abortion and other options used to prevent a CAUSE. We sparked a
tiny argument that was ironically a big topic to elaborate on. I told her
stop taking birth control pills, they are destroying your body. They
also have ill effects the way you think.
Sekhmet said I use birth control to protect myself.
I respond with okay, how can you protect yourself if birth control
disrupts your natural feminine 28 day cycle?.
Females use it to protect themselves from getting pregnant.
From when she said that it made me aware that I was listening to a
person who could potentially be the cause of her own destruction. I
over stood that the domino effects of this society assisted to change
females point of view, especially having females to feel as if they are
minuscule and as if the Integrity of their feminine principal is not
important.
I was knocked for six, but I continued.
If I was the inventor of these pills and the intrauterine device, and

time it is devastating to know females have or are considering tp

Many may question how birth control pills or the IUD effect the
female body.

Communication is key
What I need from you is understanding, how could we communicate
if you dont hear what I say? You all remember that song right? For
those who arent R&B heads check out the song by Xscape called
understanding.
From the introduction I know you know exactly what I am about to
get into. We all know communication is the key, so lets use it to unlock
the doors to understand each other. By allowing ourselves to put aside
a minuscule or enormous occurrence, we can eliminate the illusions
that distract us from knowing what is on the other side.
I have fallen victim for not communicating properly with a person who
I had feelings for and for allowing fear and stories to be my obstacles .
One summer I was drown by a song bird whose voice captured my
mind. Simultaneously I heard stories about her performing fellatio at
school and to one of my friends. Regardless we end up getting together
and exchanging numbers. I asked her if she would ever give head and

only means to belie which means to be untrue. It is important to dig
deep to discover the truth because you will not know if the
information you received is disinformation.
