The Wildlife Photographer of the Year Brand Development Manager is responsible for the overall
development and management of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Brand. Responsibilities
include direct responsibility for the competition and development of the competition with our joint
owner BBC Wildlife Magazine; as well as, the team and financial management and business strategic
planning of the competition office.
The post holder will also have indirect responsibility but authority for the Wildlife Photographer of the
Year’s presence through the website, merchandise, publications, touring exhibition, sponsors and
partners. In order to develop the brand as defined, close liaison and negotiation with internal and
external partners will be required.

Academic and professional qualifications
1. Degree (preferably with marketing /business modules, equivalent qualification OR significant
relevant experience)
