Boosters are hereby

Renamed as Special Tariff Vouchers which are attached to different plans , tariff for different items and validity period of
maximum 90 days.
The prepaid customers are allowed to use more than one STV at a time subject to the following conditions:
The available STV has been grouped into 5 different groups. Namely, Group-1- General, Group-II Local/ STD, Group-III -
SMS, Group-IV GPRS, Group--V. The customer can use maximum of 9 STVs simultaneously, i.e., one STV each from Group I, II, III,
IV and 5 STVs from Group-V at the same time. The STVs of the different groups can be utilized as per the following:

The reduced SMS rate and free data usage will be available while in national roaming also, in BSNL network.
The reduced rate in case of Voice call & video call will be available while in Home LSA only.
During the validity period of combo STVs, If a customer recharges again the same combo STV,
i) The revised validity is from the Date of Activation only.
ii) Unutilized FREE DATA - if any, will be carried forward - If the customer is in 2G and applies 2G Combo or the customer is
in 3G and applies 3G Combo)
iii) Unutilized Free Data if any, will not be carried forward - if the customer is in 3G speed and applies 2G Combo and vice
versa)
Iv Upto one hundred SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan/STV subscribed by the customer; and
Beyond 100 SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS whichever is more.

Conditions for use of multiple STVs
For STVs in Group-I General
1. The customer can use maximum of one STV from the group at a time.
2. Customer is not barred from using a second STV from the same group. However, if he uses a second STV from the same
group, the new STV activated will override the existing STV in operation and the validity for the new STV is counted from
the date of activation of the new STV.
3. Can use *124# to know the STV validity.
For STV s in Group-II- unlimited Local/ STD voice.
1. The customer can use maximum of one STV from the group at a time.
2. If he uses a second STV from the same group and if the validity of the earlier STV is higher, then the higher validity of the
earlier STV will be maintained.
3. Can use *124# to know the STV validity.
For STV in Group-III Rate Cutter & Volume based SMS STVs
1. The customer can use maximum of one STV from the group at a time.
2. Customer is not barred from using a second STV from the same group. However, if he uses a second STV from the same
group, the new STV activated will override the existing STV in operation and the validity for the new STV is counted
from the date of activation of the new STV
3. On expiry of STV validity, balance SMS if any will be nullified.

For Group-IV- GPRS: --
The customer can use maximum of one STV from the group at a time.
1. On expiry of STV validity, balance GPRS usage if any will be nullified.
2. However, balance GPRS usage if any will be carried forward if customer uses any other GPRS STV in the same group
within the existing validity period of the GPRS STV
3. The STV Validity is extended from the date of recharge of the new STV . If the validity of the earlier STV is higher, then
higher validity of the earlier STV will be maintained.

For STVsin Group-V-ISD STVs.
All 5 ISD STVs will work in parallel.(and also in parallel with existing other groups)
(For ex. If a customer applies both STV41 and STV27, then he can enjoy both Rs.1.49/Min for Group A countries and Rs.2.99/Min
for Group B countries).
1. If he uses a second STV from the same group A(or B or D or E) and if the existing validity of the earlier STV is higher, then
the higher validity is maintained.
2. Customer can use *124*2# to know the information about ISD STV & its validity
Other informations
I. All the Combo Vouchers are available only for the current plan customers
II. The following days are called Black out days. i.e Not eligible for all concessional / free ---SMS / Voice facility on these
days including using STV.

5. Christmas Day
III If Blackout days fall during the validity period of STV, then the validity period will not be extended for these days.
