Questionnaire -Part 3 - Organization and Change
1. Are we going to have Excel form or online form or both? - The only benefit with online form is we get the entire
data collected automatically without any of us putting efforts to see and put through the data. Moreover, some of
the excel surveys that we use in our co, poses problem to some people who do not how to enable macros and fill
2. Can we look at shortening the survey ...so that it looks like quick to be filled ...currently it has 34 questions (in
total) which may lead to avoidance by many to fill it...unless we all are ready to do too much of follow ups :)
3. I looked at the survey as if I have to fill it. Some of my thoughts - and I can be totally wrong here but putting the
thoughts on table so that we all can brain storm
a) I was wondering - do we really need Gender details or organizationdetails. Question that was coming to my
mind - Are we really going to do analysis of how males react to changes vs. female reaction to changes
b) Similarly should we really ask and capture age of the respondent or should we only focus on experience of
respondents?
c) Part 1 - In this we are onlyfocusingon recent changes. For e.g. in my organization the last major change was 2
yrs back. So if i have to answer this questionnaire I will not be able to answer any question in Part 1.
Also instead of focusing on organization if we can include department also in A1 question coz a change be at org
level or at division/department level
d) B1 and B2 slightly seems to overlap A3 and A4
e) In question E5 we will always get "Very Quick" as answer - so should we include this?
f) If we can make F4 and F5 as multiple choice - coz some people might go through multiple feelings at once :)
