New: TOPMAX corner floor table for
the flawless shuttering of corner areas
TOPMAX corner floor table
elements are now joining the
TOPMAX floor table system and
helping to shutter corner areas
extra-fast and extra-safely
particularly alongside infills at
corner columns. Manual stripping
work on the exposed slab edge
is no longer necessary, and
processes are now safer and
more efficient.
The corner floor tables have
external dimensions of 2.4 x 5.4 m
and have a diagonal right or left
side at a 45 angle. It uses same
continuous edge profile as on the
standard floor tables with right-
angled corners.
Shuttering around corner columns is
now particularly easy. A pair of right
and left TOPMAX corner floor tables
is positioned with the diagonal sides
alongside the corner columns and
with their long sides projecting
20 to 40 cm beyond the slab edge.
The corner floor table elements are
firmly anchored to the slab beneath
with wall struts to discharge the
horizontal loads. The infill areas
at the corner column are then
shuttered with panels from the
RASTO

/TAKKO

wall formwork
system or with the TOPMAX
timber holder and form lining.
Any remaining infill areas in building
interiors can then be reliably
shuttered from below with TOPEC

modular formwork, for example. A
special TOPMAX connection bearing
permits the direct integration of
TOPEC panels and the TOPMAX
corner floor table. Infill areas
between TOPMAX and TOPEC are
again quickly and reliably filled with
the timber holder, TOPEC head
support shoes, squared timber and
form lining.
The PROTECTO

edge protection
compatible with the TOPMAX
system can be prefitted to the
corner floor tables and positioned
with the tables. After positioning
and anchoring the floor tables to the
slab beneath, a safe working area
is created in advance, without any
further work having to be done.
