In the present seeks to perform a reflection and analysis on the teaching practice,
as were doing and some improvements. Every teacher always looks for that his pupils
understand the class, for this motive the teacher has before getting ready with his
material and showing it the class of such way that pupils are able to formulate
questions themselves, achieving with this that they reason and understand better. Being
a beginner teacher acquires a lot of responsibility, and there when you realize what
kind of teacher you are, what kind of teacher you are going to be and start to build you
teaching style to mark the beginning of your reality in a square educational box.
Innovate, motivate and share are the three principles words I used to develop several of
my practical process. It was no chance to interact with another sections, because the
process was hard with only one, where there were only thirty-six students, with more
sections the work has been done successfully.
The teacher work, instated from the main ideal purpose. There is a line between
the beginner teacher asking themselves how am I going? from the ones who ask
themselves how are the children doing? I have taught that being a teacher a novice
teacher; see the perspective that is far from traditional. Work in the public field, has
made different ways that are far from the learning square that the Ministry says when
they making the plan of study. Different kind of innovation and types of teaching
changed while the TP; the distance from social service to the TP has been huge, it is not
the same try to teach to children than Teach English as a language plus a subject to
teenagers who saw you not merely as a teacher. The fact about teach and make them
know that you were the new teacher in charge but just temporally made them feel
certainly uncountable at the beginning; but this feeling change when they started to
made different things, enjoying the subject as one of them told.
The teaching-learning process with the students at that level made realize that
teach is not only share or just write a rule on the whiteboard, is deeply. Is about to
motivate your students and yourself to improve and make it enjoyable, changing the
square and make it different. Teach is an intensive job and interestingly with the classes
as a student too has made the process harder, exhausted and in some ways difficult to
develop. Try to mixed the process with the course, the steps showed up in the course
classroom and the practice classroom, was a challenge try to followed it and make it in
the ministry line but more useful and interactive, helped by the resources in the
classroom as T.V., computer. However, the primary thing to complete the circle, to
have communication with your students, it is a basic step.

Certainly, if you want to teach anything, be sure that you love it, to enjoy it, feel
comfortable about what you are teaching to avoid the fossilization of knowledge. An
unusual experience while the teaching, it is possible that happened to someone else too,
but it was a sentimental encounter when the teachers who teach in high school, still
working as teachers. That reminds how they teach, what kind of mark they left and if I
want to change or even imitate they steps, but it was not clearly yet. The times passed
by and it was a feeling that allowed to see what way I choose. The levels of
responsibilities that a teacher has are several types or sections. It should be taken in
account that the constant reading, that's to say, being up to date with the different
events in the environment of teaching, taking very in account that the present-day
generations have an innate gift with technology, which makes easy for the teachers and
at the same to the students. As much to develop their capacities to encourages different
types of activities to develop the language.
Encourage the different types of personalities and give an idea about what was
important to take into account was an epic challenge, they are teenagers who believe
that they have always the reason, and if they dont want to do something they wont do
it at all. Try to persuade them to, at least try to see if there was an external and clear
idea to fix some problem and do not to avoid with, like saying, I cant do it, so I wont
try again. That was another stone in the educational highway. Motivate the students
has been a priority during the teaching process. It was a daily routine; tell them that
they are able to do everything they want to be a better person and to improve their
skills was a key in order to win their confidence to share their fears about the class; it
was optional if they wanted to talk about deeper problems outside the class. The
teacher is not only a guide for the class; they play many roles like doctors, friends, etc.
To started the teaching process presented and developed from March 31
to
June 6;
but after that it was build the first part of the teaching portfolio, where the process
started it to take form. Beginning with, taking into account the rules of the Ministry of
Education, equally taking into account the Planning that the assigned teacher already
has planned. The thinking was easy as innovating at the time of the class; Students have
that innate gift of management technology, which the more diverse and entertaining
practiced. The topics that were in the Program gave the first step to build the lesson
plan per each class, it was clearly hard to make the students speak; try to make them
forget the fear to speak. During each developing class, the teacher in charge was always
outstanding to help if it was necessary. The next process consisted into a change for the
students, they often to talk about and made some other task during the English class,
which made difficult the clear understanding. It was another stumble during the
practice, and it was hard to handle it, because as a student too I clearly understand
them; the solutions I found were that they at least pay attention to the explanation even
though they were not doing the exercises, but at the end, they had extra homework. Btu
it worth very well, at the end they proved they can exchange the way they have been
studying. However, the way that the ministry has built the program make that some
teachers do not change the comfortable way in which they have been working. The case
of the teacher in charge (from the institution) she was not improving her knowledge,
and she have pronunciation problems.
It is important to be up date to teach. The reading process for a teacher and the
most representative one of this course is the approach toward the work that one has in
the classrooms on behalf of the teachers in front of group. The different situations that
as much the teacher like the pupil confront in the process teaching learning, are
because it should be taken very in consideration not only the cognitive aspects that we
want the student to develop, it is equally important carrying the psychological aspects
that the student can carry by the hand or demonstrating during the sessions. This
should be of vital importance for the teacher because of it they would depend equally
the acquisition of knowledge. The teaching practice is above all a social practice. Its
exact understanding implies discussing it from the levels of the social, school and
classroom analysis. Its possible transformation involves rescuing for it an ampler
dimension than that of the living room of classes.
Teachers are the spinal column of the whole educational system they are of utmost
importance Due To its impact in the student learning (McGaw, 2005).

The students are innate in technology, so if their have the tools to make it
easier they are able to build a good knowledge. During the first decade of the 21st
century, there has been increasing interest in the potential of e-learning tools and
technologies to support more learner-centered and personalized forms of learning,
prompted in part by national strategies for e-learning and initiatives in favor of
lifelong and personalized learning. The primary aim of an e-portfolio may be to
collect evidence for summative assessment, to demonstrate achievement, record
progress and set targets as in records of achievement and individual learning
plans or to nurture a continuing process of personal development and reflective
learning. More commonly experienced in higher and continuing education
contexts, but now also occurring in further education and schools. These different
approaches are not mutually exclusive, however, and may in fact represent
different starting points on a journey towards embedding e-portfolio use fully into
the curriculum.
Not all learners find the concept of e-portfolios appealing, nor do they all have ready access
to computers, so providing the option of paper-based portfolios increases learner choice.

In this stage, the technological environment takes place to develop several
tasks inside the classroom, show them videos with structural language for specific
capitation of vocabulary, to enforce their listening. The objectives of the educator,
that has mean that should be aware about what they catch from the task presented.
Nowadays students are often to spend their time surfing on internet, which
make to them easier to understand it, as a great tool to interact from distance and
to resolve doubts in any time. Using Facebook as a principal tool to share, to
improve, to make discussions about a specific topic help to the students to know
more options about how to learn, show them the good tools in which they can
develop their creativity and increase their knowledge.


The learner-centred teaching environment reflects a more constructivist approach, as
described by Roblyer (2004)

An advantage of the institution where TP was developing the technological
tools that they have installed as T.V., DVD, computer, Data show. However, if I
have to face spaces without technology, beside of being hard to handle it, so, this
would be an excellent option to make the students try to collaborate and give ideas
to develop a topic. For example, by choosing some topics like the topic geography
the first step would be choose what kind of activity they want to perform. After a
brainstorming from the students, it would be necessary to choose the one that
complete the time that is need it or required from de ministry. After that, the ideas
come alone. Using audios, a radio or a cellphone; it is possible to capture sounds
from the nature, as cat sounds, birds sounds, and so on. The objective would be
the identification of animals sound and a description from it: how do they hear the
cat? A brief explanation of that sounds and share with the class.
It would be important to help the students to think critically at the time of
prepare a topic if there is a situation where they have to plan a second option,
using simple things as radios, laptops, even cellphones, but according to the topic
that is going to develop. There are no excuses not to bring new methods to develop
during a class. It does not mean that is necessary to use a computer, or a data
show. Innovate means recreate ideas into a better acquiring and an enjoyable one.
The generations change a lot, but the knowledge no. This just transforms itself into
a new order of ideas to make it bigger, easier and a way to illustrating by example
to be enjoyable to the view and for the brain. In addition, this will be the beginning
of a new teaching experiences, it has been difficult, with many things to do on the
field.
