1 Application
Fitting 19 rack mounted instruments into INTERTEC
cabinets and houses
2 Description
The integrated swing frame allows 19 racks to be used
with all the advantages of INTERTEC protective cabinets,
e.g.:
Efficient insulation which prevents condensation and
temperature variation
A high degree of dust and water protection for sensitive
instruments is possible up to IP 65
Double glazed windows in acrylic or safety glass
installed at frame height
Complete system of accessories

Nearly all special requests can be incorporated
No separate framework is needed, as it is integrated
into the existing mounting rail system.
Corrosion-resistant 19 swing frame fabricated of bright
Stainless steel
Intermediate sizes, special heights and widths are
available

19 construction system acc. IEC 60297 (DIN 41 494)
Low distortion, welded construction
Infinitely variable in height
Locked by double spade bit style key and lock
5 Options
The tables on pages 2 to 4 show the most common
versions. Where possible the standard arrangement is
centred and an offset arrangement is shown in the plan
view next to it. The dimensions D, X and Y can be
selected within certain limits, and the maximum
available depth E is dependent upon them.
Special designs available on request
Number of units to your specification:
up to 1000 mm a maximum of 16 units are possible,
up to 1250 mm a maximum of 21 units are possible,
up to 1500 mm a maximum of 26 units are possible,
up to 1750 mm a maximum of 31 units are possible,
up to 2000 mm a maximum of 39 units are possible.
Side covers (shown in the diagram in maximum width,
dimensions X and Y)
