TAC XENTA 527
The Xenta 527 is the key piece that provides both Web connectivity and integration
with TAC Vista. It provides you with the freedom to monitor your system from any
location with Ethernet or Internet access using TAC I/NET or TAC Vista. That may be
anywhere in your building, on your campus, in your city, or clear across the world.
Using automatic network discovery, you can be up and running in a matter of minutes
after installation.

TAC C-LAN CONTROLLERS
TAC C-LAN controllers provides local operator interface and automatic control
functions for small buildings operating standalone or connected together for larger
installations. The C-LAN controllers integrate both environmental and access control
applications where points are wired to a distributed sub-network of application spe-
cic and general purpose controllers.
TAC Xenta 527 Controller, also avail-
able without Web connectivity as a

The 7793 Micro Controller Interface
(MCI) is supplied as a monolithic
PCB mounted on a base plate.
The 7798B1 is mounted in
a plastic enclosure with an

TAC 7756 PROCESS CONTROL UNIT
TACs 7756 Process Control Unit (PCU) provides direct control and monitoring of
process functions from a Peer-to-Peer LAN based controller. This controller pro-
vides very high resolution monitoring (16 Bit) and control (12 Bit) making it ideal for
precision environments. Functions include environmental control, trending, energy
management and process control, which may be executed locally in a standalone
mode or globalized across the Token Passing LAN.

SECURITY CONTROL UNIT
The SCU (Security Control Unit) family of modular, stand-alone controllers are build-
ing blocks of the I/NET Seven Security Management System, and provide a exible
mix of door control and alarm monitoring features and elevator control.
Three versions of the SCU are available:
The SCU1284 is a door controller for up to 4 doors, with 12 supervised inputs and
8 Form C relay outputs.
The SCU1280 is an input output controller with 12 supervised inputs and 8 Form
C relay outputs.
The SCU1200 is an input controller with 12 supervised inputs.
All SCUs function as either a stand-alone device or as part of a larger local area
network (LAN) host system.

TAC 7716 AND 7718 PROCESS CONTROL UNITS
TACs 7716 and 7718 Process Control Units (PCU) provide direct control and moni-
toring of process functions from a Peer-to-Peer LAN-based controller. These con-
trollers provide highly exible I/O mix with a variety of expansion cards. Functions
include environmental control, trending, energy management, and process control,
which may be executed locally in a standalone mode or globalized across the To-
ken Passing LAN. The 7716 PCU and 7718 PCU are appropriate for commercial, insti-
tutional and industrial applications. The 7716 and 7718 Process Control Units (PCU)
are designed to control and monitor HVAC equipment. The 7718 PCU is of similar
specication to the 7716 PCU but with universal outputs on board rather than Form
C relay outputs. The 7716 PCU and 7718 PCU support a range of expansion cards
to increase point count. The 7716 PCU controller comes standard with 8 universal
inputs (expandable up to 16) and 8 Form C relay Outputs (expandable up to 16).
The 7718 PCU controller comes standard with 8 universal inputs (expandable up to
24) and 8 universal outputs (expandable up to 16).
PCUs reside on the I/NET

Controller LAN and support the local connection of a PC


and a modem for standalone or Auto-dial/Auto answer applications. The controller is
supplied mounted on a base plate for inclusion in a suitable enclosure.

MR-VAV-AX
TACs MR-VAV-AX Application Specic Micro Regulator has an extensive range of
pre-engineered VAV control sequences, which combined with a fully integrated
actuator and airow transducer, makes it a low Total Installed Cost solution for
most VAV terminal unit control applications. An intelligent I/STAT interface for inde-
pendent local control and an interface to a TAC I/NET Distributed Control System are
standard options.

MR-AHU
The MR-AHU Application Specic Micro Regulator controller provides sufcient
applications exibility to address multiple air handling unit (AHU) congurations the
corresponding MR-HP Application Specic Micro Regulator controller provides a
similar solution for Heat Pump applications. They are designed to operate in a stand-
alone conguration or, with the support of a communications network, as an integral
part of a comprehensive building automation system.

TAC MICRO REGULATOR
TACs Universal Micro Regulators are a range of small, point count controllers that
support freeform, modular DDC programming with an intelligent I/STAT for inde-
pendent local control and an interface to a TAC I/NET Distributed Control System.

unit control applications requiring an external actuator. An intelligent I/STAT interface
for independent local control and an interface to a TAC I/NET Distributed Control
System are standard options.
