INTRODUCTION:
We people suffer in many ways when the environment is harmed. We will have to find
ways to protect our environment for our own sake and for the future generations.
Not only people are affected because part of our environment is also made up of the
plants and animals that share the earth with us. We, people is one of the reason why
our environment is harmed like the Pasig River. So we need to take steps, a way to
protect our environment.
Fun run is one activity that organize by some and participating by many. This activity
shows the unity of people for the environmental development and how we can protect it,
like Pasig River. That step by step we can make it possible.
Clean environment, better environment, for us and for the future generation is possible.


Fun run is one activity done to promote something for, not just for having a body fit but
having a good purpose, uniting for something to be better.
Last October 6, 2013, there was a fun run for Pasig River; our school is one of those
participants. At first I was really curious, what fun run is and this is all about what. Those
are the question occurs on me.
That activity was really fun and I really enjoy it even if it is looks me really tired. I run
together with my classmates and schoolmates. During that activity, I observed and
learned a lot of things. All those questions occur on me before that fun run answers me
one by one.
I was so amaze because I didnt expect that there are lots of different people with
different personality who join even an artists join. Im really happy because I saw
personally a lot of artist, and grateful being there at fun run for Pasig River.
At first, I thought that was an ordinary fun run, just a run, but I was wrong. Because that
run has a purpose, good intension and all the participants has a good heart because
they are all there, their presence is really a big help not only for the Pasig River but also
for our environment.
We all know that we, people are the one who will suffer and affect the damage we done
to our environment. All we have to do is look in a mirror. We live in our environment. We
are a part of it. We cannot escape harm when it is damage. Just like what happened to
the Pasig River. It was really painful to see that kind of situation that was not like before.
But now, because of those irresponsible people, Pasig River now is not in good
condition.
Thats why some people conduct this kind of activity. At least now step by step our
environmental problem will be solve like the Pasig River. We, people are the reason
why we are suffering this problem, so, we are the one should solve it.
That activity was really fun, not because you are with your friends or family, because we
help not only by spending money during the registration but also showing unity for the
achievement of one purpose, to save Pasig River, to save our environment.
