1. Candidates Name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth and Photograph are printed on the
OMR Answer Sheet. Make sure that the OMR Answer Sheet given to you contains your
Name, Photograph and other particulars. In case of any discrepancy, the OMR Answer
Sheet should be shown to the Invigilator. If the data is wrongly printed, you will be
given a Buffer OMR Answer Sheet, where in you are expected to fill in the Hall Ticket
Number, Name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth and Test Centre Name in the appropriate
places.
2. If the candidate fails to darken the correct booklet code or leaves it blank, the OMR may
be liable for rejection. The booklet code should be written in the space provided in
Part-A and darkened in Part B. Any difference between Part-A and Part-B with respect
to Question Paper Booklet Code supplied, the OMR is liable to be invalidated.
3. In case of a spoiled, damaged, misprinted OMR Answer Sheet return it to the Invigilator
and claim a Buffer OMR Answer Sheet, where in you are expected to fill in the Hall
Ticket Number, Name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth and Test Centre Name in the
appropriate places.
4. Sign on the OMR Answer Sheet in the space provided in Side - II, PART-A and make
sure that the Invigilator signs in the space provided for Invigilators signature.
5. Use Blue/Black Ball Point Pen to shade the circles. Answers marked with Pencil would
not be evaluated.
6. Before you start answering PART-B, shade the appropriate circle in the following
fields:
1. Booklet Code in Part - A (Write the Booklet Code in the box provided)
2. Booklet Code in Part - B (Shade appropriate circle)
3. Booklet Serial Number, 4. Gender, 5. Category, 6. Minority
7. Do not write irrelevant matter or scribble on this sheet.
8. Do not fold, tear, wrinkle or staple this sheet.
9. Changing an answer is NOT ALLOWED
n The candidates must fully satisfy themselves about the accuracy of the answer
before darkening the appropriate circle as no change in answer once marked is
allowed.
n Use of eraser or white fluid on the OMR Answer Sheet is not permissible as the
OMR Answer Sheets are machine gradable and it may lead to wrong evaluation.
n Do not shade more than one circle for a question.
10. Proper way of marking / darkening / shading is shown in A. Improper ways of marking /
darkening / shading is shown in B
11. If your marking is not proper for any question the decision of the committee is final.
12. In case you do not follow the above instructions, your OMR Answer Sheet is liable to be
rejected.
