Notes:
(1) The face velocity across all types of filters & coil has been considered 500 FPM.
(2) We have considered fan outlet velocity up to 10 M/s.
(3) We have considered 32 mm & 40 mm static pressure instead of 25 mm in ceiling
suspended units and 60 mm ststic pressure instead of 55 mm in floor mounted units for
suitable fan selection, Kindly check.
(4) We have consided 4 row deep coil in ceiling suspended units with manually operated dampers
in AI constructions.
(5) We have considered EU-5 fine filter as bag type with mixing chamber in above mentioned floor
mounted unit.
(6) We do not provide limit switch & light in ceiling suspended units , the same shall be provided on
chargeable basis
(if required).
(7) Plz note AHUs are designed based on CFM and Static pressure provided by you, any modification
due to changed CFM or Static Pressure will be done on chargeable basis.

DEVIATION: - We have considered 43 mm thick panel with thermal break profile instead of
45 mm thick panel.

EXCLUSIONS:
Bird Screen, junction box, flanges for coil header, Belt guard, Magnehelic gauges, Electrical
control panels, Accessories, all types of Controls & Instrumentation, actuators, VFD, Sound attenuators,
3/2 way mixing valves, Flow measuring devices, temperature & pressure measuring device and
sensors, grills, speed regulator switch, duct-connection, and any type of Electrical cabling, electrical
work, Unloading, Lifting, shifting of units to respective location, Storage of units at site,

Or repaired free of charge. However, all consumable like belts, filters Etc.
Are not covered under above warranty. Also, motor burn-out due to
Voltage / frequency fluctuation / single phasing or any other electrical
Disorder at your end will not be covered under the above warranty
