1. Note the Physical Diagnosis subject wherein the applicant does actual hospital
apprenticeship on a particular field (ex. OB-Gyne, Medicine, Surgery, etc..) on a year
round, monthly rotational basis. Here he undertakes physical and neurological
examinations on test patients. From these, he must complete and defend a report stating
the patient’s diagnosis. Since the applicant does not have any access to the laboratory
result of the patient, he must do extensive research on the related medical cases.

• Prior to the application for the position, applicant has been connected with
the Department of the Interior and Local Government (www.dilg.gov.ph) for five
(9) years. Thus, he has had ample administrative experience. Reports and
auditing are routine tasks for a Local Government Operations Officer.

Applicant is a computer literate. Knowledgeable in such basic computer programs as MS Office


Operations. Improvement in this aspect is a consideration that the applicant is always open to
take into account. However, he is able to manipulate different computer-generated graphical
presentations, most useful in research.
