Background of Client
Scope of Work
The services will include development and rollout of a new brand identity and collateral.
The tasks include the following, among others:
Conducting a brand visual audit, analysing its results and developing a corporate
brand promise, brand positioning and blueprint that ensures CLI!T is being
perceived in the desired manner at key touch"points.
#eveloping a brand architecture that will take into consideration the various sub
brands$ launching the new corporate identity$ and preparing a roll"out plan for new
brand adaptation and implementation.
Creating brand implementation guidelines and communication policies to be used
as reference for any future material developed for the CLI!T.
Agency and Team Requirements
The ideal consultancy will have the following attributes:

Proposal Requirements
,roposals submitted must contain, at a minimum, the following information. valuation of

Reporting and Communication
,rogress reports will be re3uired to be prepared by the agency and submitted to CLI!Ts
team. 4eporting shall continue until the agency has completed all activates in the scope of
work above.
Communication methods between the agency and the team of CLI!T will be regular and
cover emails, meetings and workshops.
Key ilestones
The following milestones are to be adhered to. It is important to accomplish each one on
time and budget.
Conflict of !nterest
The agency must disclose any accounts that you currently service which may be
perceived to be a conflict of interest.
References
The agency shall furnish at least three corporate references with the proposal. They shall
include company name, contact person, and their contact information. CLI!T reserves
the right to contact references listed in the proposal.
Proposal Su"missions
5 hard copy of the written proposals in nglish should be submitted in a sealed neutral

#$aluation Criteria
5 7creening Committee comprised of CLI!T management will review these proposals
based on the following evaluation criteria:
